In particular we liked the fact it has help us to reduce the admin work and have a centralised dashboard to manage the relationships with the influencers and at all the stages of the negotiations. We like that you can sort based on their trade/payment acceptance to save time during negotiation phase. Zine member follow up message sent to our picks for a campaign. **What do you dislike about ZINE Influencer Marketing Technology?** One influencer DM'd us that they got a notification, but were unable to access our campaign. Another that we knew and attempted to add into Zine never got a notification. The profile edit section was buggy - kept having to refresh after uploading our banner image for it to accept. Fonts in the campaign section didn't work - ended up having to type it out and format it on a word.doc and paste it in. Their support team was also excellent, helping us finding the right influencers for tricky campaigns. They are quick to respond via the live chat and always happy to help which really made a difference. Overall we were able to train several people to run campaigns independently within days. The quality of the influencers on the platform is amazing, and we are finding loads of options for our clients very quickly. **What do you dislike about ZINE Influencer Marketing Technology?** It sometimes took quite a lot of forth and back to come to an agreement with influencers as they initially but then go silent for a few days. I would recommend reaching out to more influencers than required to make sure you get some over the line within your desired time frame. Would be great to have an instant book option maybe so you don't have to wait for influencers to accept an offer. **Recommendations to others considering ZINE Influencer Marketing Technology:** I would recommend going for a subscription that offers you an account manager as they are extremely helpful, especially when you are new to influencer marketing. We had an in depth training session and were able to consult them on an ongoing basis. They also kept on top of our campaigns and helped out wherever they saw something we could improve or do differently to get the most out of our campaigns. **What problems is ZINE Influencer Marketing Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to turn around client campaigns very quickly, especially by posting them to their in house marketplace. The email integration made it very easy to communicate with influencers without having to log into the platform for each new message. Our clients were very impressed with the client dashboard which allowed them to see all aspects of the campaign, approve or reject our proposed influencers and view content including all stats as it goes live. However it would be cool if I could find an influencer on Instagram for example and then get them on the platform for my campaigns! **Recommendations to others considering ZINE Influencer Marketing Technology:** I would recommend anyone looking at ZINE to be ready to do influencer marketing once you get on the platform - you won't achieve results if you don't put the work in to create a good campaign **What problems is ZINE Influencer Marketing Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Twofold: First, it takes away all the manual labouring tasks of finding influencers - we don't have to use the dreaded spreadsheet anymore. In terms of finding the right influencers - the advanced analytics means we can see what extent people are actually engaged in the content - this has been invaluable for us. Finally - reporting. Previously, we'd have to look at each influencer individually and work out how well the campaign performed. Having all the results in one handy dashboard is great for seeing which influencers actually added value to the campaign. ### 14.
