What do you like best about Zillow?
It is easy for the consumer to use but it misleads them with out of date information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zillow?
It misleads the consumer. Many of my Zillow leads were under the impression that Zillow pays the buyers agents to show houses. I have worked with young consumers who worked with other agents that they found through Zillow and all of them thought it didn't matter how many agents they worked with because they thought Zillow paid us for our time. How up to date it is as well as being able to filter down your requirements as well as by location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That there are scams on there, just make sure to do your research. I also. wish for rentals it had more items to filter with such as "fenced in back yard" as something that I can filter by, similar to rooms or sq ft desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zillow?
I like that I have the ability to see information about the a home. I use this information when quoting for homeowner's insurance. I can see the type of roof, material used on the home, square footage and more. It's very helpful. It's pretty straightforward and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
