**What do you like best about ZigiOps for Jira?**

I can connect multiple platforms to automate advanced pipelines to help my technical team and make his work more efficient. Most of the platforms I used with my team are supported so I'm taking advantage of many of the features of this platform

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps for Jira?**

I'm starting the implementation process, so right now I don't have a particular thing I dislike, I need more time to evaluate the platform

**What problems is ZigiOps for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm interconnecting Datadog, GitHub, JIRA and CircleCI for building and automate pipelines between this platforms, a clear example is when Datadog monitors detect a crash in our systems we automatically create tickets in JIRA that are adressed by the engineering team, this is reducing the manual work of keep monitoring the systemsand creating tickets by hand. This is just one example of the things we are building and the many ideas we have right now as we are in implementation phase
