I think features like taking screenshots of the selected area is very important, the ability to then modify easily as in highlight a particular field with either a box or an arrow is made simple with the tool. I like that you also can obscure information in the screenshot and it does not affect the overall aesthetic of the shared screenshot and makes it look more professional (rather than say doing a crappy job blacking it out) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had some issues with the shortcuts, in some versions the ability to copy the direct link was removed. A direct link is more useful than say the link to the screenshot so I think it will be better to have that as default. Also I'll love to see the ability to capture drop down boxes, (not a biggy but def an issue), some actions in the screen that are dynamic, do not capture well with the cloud app, so I had to resort to GIF and then taking a screenshot of that/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integrations between all the operative systems I use, such as Mac OS, iOS. Also, the fact that provides you a link for everything. And an easy way to edit the screenshots. Also nowadays, they implemented a way to share files with just a link.
The editor could be improved but is very user friendly and have the basics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been part of Couldapp since the beginning, and they've been growing a lot, but definitely, as every new startup and SaaS, it has bugs that are polished through the product life cycle.
The way that CloudApp considers their users' recommendations, it's too slow and sometimes I do feel that they are not taken into account.
The screen record still has a lot of growth since there are other software systems that have more features, but this has the basics and it suffices to fulfill your day to day remote tasks.
From an admin, perspective is the admin dashboard is not that robust and it could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I support educators with their SaaS platforms. CloudApp allows me to quickly take screenshots and share by dragging and dropping into emails/ tickets OR by sending a link. LOVE how easy it is to edit, as well - I need to blur out sensitive information and the blur tool functions just perfectly for this. Recording GIFs to embed in email responses for 2-4 step instructions has upped my support game 1000%. I love CloudApp, and recommend it to everyone I can! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't have any. I adore it. I would give it a world's best app trophy, give it half of a best friends heart necklace and proudly wear the other half, heck, I would even give it a ride to the airport! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to be able to take a screenshot and share with a link or take the image directly to copy and paste it. I also love the ability to write text and highlight certain things within the screenshot I took. Another thing that I don't use too often but comes in very handy is uploading an image and getting a specific URL to share for that image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish there were more options for the text size and weight when you're typing within your screenshot. I often find myself running out of room when typing. Also the ability to have a semi-transparent background for your text would be really helpful. Text features similar to instagram stories would be great with this application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the ease to use, with one command I can print something and send right away to colleagues. I use it pretty much every day. Just once I needed their support, and they were really quick to solve my issues. I use it for 2 years or more now, and I can't think my work without it anymore. They could record computer audio on video, it would be great! I think this is really the only feature that I miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's just so easy to take screenshots, or even record gif/video. Hotkey, select area, and boom you got your screenshot copied in your clipboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I can only think about two things.
The most important is, and I am not sure who is to blame, but the app responsiveness difference between the mac version of the app, and the windows version is a lot. Mac version is more snappy, and works better in general so its pretty noticeable while using in Windows.
The second, there was a series of updates like a year ago, which broke some features, and affected my workflow. Everything has been fixed now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The keyboard shortcuts make it quick to use. CloudApp is also great because I can take screenshots, draw on those screenshots, screen records with or without audio, GIFs, etc... This helps me convey information in a quick efficient way. Without CloudApp, my day-to-day work would be dramatically slowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
About a year ago, CloudApp was constantly failing to upload or crashing. Luckily, they figured out these bugs and the App has worked flawlessly for the past 3-6 months. Other than that, there's nothing functional about the app that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how links are automatically copied to the clipboard after taking a screen shot. My job requires that I have screen shots fast and easy, and this provides exactly that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have is that sometimes there's problems with screen recordings, where I'll go through the recording and once it stops, there's an error that says there was a problem during the process. Usually it's resolved by restarting the app, but is an inconvenience if I'm trying to record something long and I'm only notified it didn't work after I was done. CloudApp makes it easy for me to quickly grab screenshots, annote them and share them with others. I like the fact that CloudApp stores all images in the cloud, and I can refer back to them at any point (unlike my Windows Clipboard, which gets lost when I turn my PC off!) I'm using a dual-screen monitor, and the interface for recording videos is slightly confusing when used across two screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How simple it is to use - also, the fact that you can annotate both screenshots and videos is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing — it’s a great app and I love that it’s cost effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
