I'm a slow adopter so it's hard to move me from something if I already have a process that worked, but I finally got to the point where I really wanted to be able to record my voice in the screen recording as well and gave this a try. Turns out it's got all the same functionality of record.it, but MORE, as well as a more beautiful and easy to use interface. **What do you dislike about Zight?** I still don't love using it for Screenshots yet. I don't like sending a link. I use skitch currently and I love that I take the screenshot, annotate however I need to, can copy the annotated image, drop it where it needs to go, and then remove it. It doesn't save anywhere, it's not a link, it's just an image which is exactly what I usually want/need. But again, that's just my own personal preference and it's possible I'll fully migrate down the road if I can adjust to the links for images thing. **Recommendations to others considering Zight:** Just give it a try! Instead of having to write out descriptions of what I'm talking about, risking being misunderstood or lost in translation, it's so much easier to just take a quick minute long recording showing them what I'm talking about as I explain it, making it super clear to our customers all the while getting the help they need. We currently don't have the bandwidth for phone support but the recordings make me feel better about that since it's basically like a super condensed support call, but on our own timeline. ### 11. Having the option of GIF or MP4 for video is good as GIF is sometimes a better option for embedding / auto-play in documentation. **What do you dislike about Zight?** New clips and content after annotation is supposed to get automatically copied to clipboard, which helps quickly paste the content elsewhere. Since an update to CloudApp a few months back, this auto-copy-to-clipboard does not work consistently for me. So after clipping content, I often need to select the "Copy Content" option from context menu, to paste it. Not sure if it is a general problem affecting other users.
