**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

Zift solutions make it easy for our partners to work with us while growing their business.  Providing turnkey marketing programs for our partners is an extra benefit that our competitors don't offer. Zift is essentially our partner for our partners. 

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The ramp-up process for getting started with Zift is a bit cumbersome.  Answers to common questions about social media, for example, weren't immediately known.  

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Before moving forward with Zift, do a comprehensive audit of your current partners to gain a full understanding of their marketing needs and requirements. From there, get commitments from partners, stating they will definitely sign up for the Zift powered solution. By taking these steps, you will know whether this solution is for you. 

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our partners lack regular content to amplify via their marketing channels. With Zift, we are able to offer our partners constant content that keeps them top of mind with their customers, ultimately converting them to purchase our combined solutions.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

The Zift MarketSmart tool for partners to create their own marketing campaigns is great. Great functionality, great web and social tools. Truly a great asset for partners that don't have the ability to do their own marketing.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The tagging is not great, and tagging can't be done in bulk. The back end system for MarCom has a lot of challenges. You can't put things in alphabetical order, and you can't do a lot of bulk actions without paying for professional services.  Their support team is excellent, but the functionality just could use some investments!

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

The best approach is to just pay for their professional services to help keep this running smooth. We have limited budget for this approach, so we need to self-serve and this isn't a good model.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want our partners to market on behalf of Trimble and many of them don't have their own marketing teams or marketing tools. Zift provides a terrific platform to allow them to do this.  It is literally helping them become marketers!

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

Zift allows us to amplify our marketing efforts easily through our partners. We're a small but mighty marketing team, so building out marketing campaigns that a multitude of partners can leverage easily really helps to amplify our efforts.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

Our ramp up time has been considerable, and for being a channel enablement platform they have a lack of vendor sales enablement tools to leverage. Was hoping for customizable launch / sales enablement materials for us to leverage as we launch the tool to our partners. 

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're helping our smaller partners create and drive their own marketing programs. With Zift they don't need a large marketing team in order to run marketing programs that see results. For larger partners Zift has been able to round out what they're already doing for marketing.

I can execute marketing campaigns using multiple tactics: email, social media, web plugins, and workflows.

Frankly, I see no downside whatsoever to using Zift Solutions.

Explore the entire platform and its capabilities. I have found the more I use the platform the more intuitive it has become.

Zift allows me to customize my campaigns and execute manually or automatically. It is a single platform for several of our key partners.

I love how engaged our customer success manager is. It feels like we are a team and she's committed to helping us improve partner engagement. She is responsive, creative, and works hard to help us be successful.

There has been a fair amount of turnover with our Zift account team. 

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Make sure your requirements are fully fleshed out when you start your engagement with Zift. Knowing what you want will help move things forward quickly.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zift to make it easy for our partners to send co-branded emails, social posts, and have web plugins with our product information. We've seen increased partner engagement particularly on social media thanks to them having easy access to content through Zift.

the customizable emails available for marketing are great. There are so many options provided to us to get a good start on them without being marketing professionals.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

A little hard to learn the ropes on the customization. The layout can be a bit glitchy at times. I wish it was more drag and drop to make it easier for everyone in the office to use.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

Multi-faceted platform with campaign, social, syndication and other partner automation capabilities. Feature rich, understands channel environment and industry. Allows me to track partner marketing activities and leads generated by the channel. 

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

Not enough access to the platform or enough support hours to release campaigns. Platform needs update, which is on the roadmap but needs to accelerate to meet demand and deliver what is needed to manage the value of the system to our channel. 

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing co-brandable campaigns, content syndication, social and lead management capabilities. We have modernized our channel offering leveraging the platform. We offer a lot of campaigns and demand gen capabilities for our partners via the platform and seen results in getting partners engaged in using the content we provide. It stays in brand and we can track the leads and success of campaigns delivered by our partners.

Zift provides a one stop shop for all our channel marketing content, campaigns and vendor programs, with integrated lead reporting and email capability from within the platform. 

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I dislike all the left hand menus as our partners find it confusing and often give up looking for items they need due to the complexity the menu poses. I also dislike the current reporting, as items get combined and its difficult to get accurate information about partner activity. 

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Zift seems to be the most widely used platform and I'm hold it stood out above all others looked at by our company.

We have been able to offer our partners extensive content and resources to help them market and sell our software, as well as free services like email, web syndication and social syndication.

The system is easy to learn, there are multiple different features available, and the team there is very friendly and helpful

I was not involved in the decision to utilize this tool, so I do not know how it compares to other similar ones on ease of use, effectiveness, or cost. 

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a place to share marketing assets with our channel partners, as well as a full marketing tool for those partners who don't have a dedicated marketing department. Zift allows us to do both of these things, as well as gives us insight into the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and to have an additional avenue for communicating with our partners.

The people in ZIFT have always been helpful in resolving any queries. The account managers, the solution architect and the customer success were all very proactive and helped us tackle any issues during implementation

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The product lets you down in complex use case scenarios. Our understanding of what's there in the product could have been better. Whatever the product does by default, it does really good. The customization is little hard to get it right because of complex workflows involved.

If you know your use case clearly and go with the right expectations, they will deliver.

We are managing our entire Partner portals with resources, account details view and commissions processing through ZIFT

Zift offers us the opportunity to have all of our content, no matter how our partners will be leveraging it all in one place.

the backend- Marcom is clunky to use, hard to navigate and the reporting leaves a LOT to be desired.

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Make sure you know what you want. it is hard to adjust once the contract is written and costs money to add all components you forgot.  Like Expert Services! alway add in Expert services.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

partners having several places to go in order to grab images, content, campaign materials and messaging, now they have one and no matter the size of the partner and if they have a marketing team or not, they can leverage the assets directly and automate / activate directly from the tool or grab the source files and go on their own to implement.

Zift has provided a more organized framework for us to provide our Partners with content. I also love that they can co-brand documents in bulk.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The Marcom interface is significantly different from the Partner-facing Zift123 interface, and some features that Partners have are disabled in my demo account. Explaining some things to them is more difficult as a result, so it would be nice to have a more consistent interface for Partners and Providers.

Getting our Partners involved with marketing efforts is easier and more effective than ever, and Partners appreciate having this tool. Zift has helped us simplify a lot of processes!

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

Zift is an intuitive partner marketing automation platform.  The workflows around adding contact lists and personalizing/triggering emails are especially easy to grasp and execute--which is great, because that is where most users will spend the majority of their time. 

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

Template editing tools are relatively limited, so it is difficult to achieve a high level of messaging customization.  Zift would probably argue this is more of a feature than a bug, as the program is designed to keep partners on-brand with supplier-dictated messaging, but it's worth being aware of.  

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Should be a top consideration if you are shopping for partner marketing automation software

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zift provided a way for my company to enable VAR partners to quickly send emails to their contact base about our software.  Also, allowed us to syndicate website-in-a-box and social media content.

Upload of content and campaigns can be time consuming.

Being able to consistently deliver content to our partners around the desired product areas.  Increase in partner engagement.

The automation and closed loop feedback the Zift lead distribution provides.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I dislike the fact that our partners don't close the loop on the leads; it's something we're working on.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved a bottleneck with our sales team.  We had all these leads waiting for sales to reach out, but they never did, so we implemented Zift to pass the leads out to the channel.  Today, we don't have a bottleneck with sales and we obtain feedback on the leads.

The simplicity of the platform enables a robust lead routing platform.  The closed loop reporting was something we were lacking and Zift delivers on that.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

It's not a great platform for customization.  If you want multiple languages, lead routing rules etc it can get a bit complicated to have the customization enabled. International rollout has been difficult.

Be very specific in your scoping.

We didn't have a robust closed loop reporting mechanism. Zift gave us that with its email notifications and ease of use for our Distributors.

Zift offers a custom platform for our partners that is easy to use once they have been trained plus the support we receive from the Zift team is very good.

The support queue since it's hard to track if someone is working on an issue.

The platform offers a platform for partners to create marketing campaigns that support our products and solutions and services very seamlessly.

We love the bouquet of features - end to end partner management and has best in class functionality

Implementation is long and the product is a little pricey

Complete partner management - channels , isv etc and we ve seen a lot of benefits in automations and simplifying operations with transparency in partnerships

Zift Marcom campaign management platform is sometimes difficult to use.

Partner marketing automation. Partners often do need marketing automation since they do not use another platform on their own.

The customer on boarding and success teams at Zift are fantastic. They hold hand your way through everything that you might need and follow up consistently. The platform has really cool features and the team is great about ensuring you utilize that platform to the best of your ability. 

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

It is difficult to get partners engaged with the solution. The creation of landing pages and emails in ZiftMarcom could be made easier.

We are just getting going.

Nothing to dislike.  They always are there to help and assist as needed.

We are utilizing Zift for partner opportunity registration and communication.  There has been more partner interraction and flow through of communication with the portal live.

I like that I was able to unify all the tools into one for managing my activities, optimizing and saving time.

The instructions and manuals on the use of the tool are only in English, I would recommend providing support for the documentation in more languages.

The support from the zift123 team is excellent.

Before, I used to perform all activities separately; now with Zift, I can schedule everything, track it, and this allows me to optimize my time and improve marketing strategy and indicators.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

Most of the successful management platforms utilize vast amounts of data to provide better analysis and decision making-Zift is no exception. Its system is a repository of information that allows companies to make better, data-driven decision. There is also an opportuntiy to run multiple, campaigns at the same time in an easy to use manner.

The platform is also very easy to use, and does not require a steep learning curve unlike some other customer-facing platforms. The platform is so intuitive, that I actually like using it. While the platform is easy to use the help guides are indeed helpful and a nice addition to really clarfiy anything I need.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

If by accident I input a contact that I do not want, then I am unable to delete which can become frustrating. I am still new to the platform, so haven't had a ton of complaints but again the inability to delete a contact is an annoyance and a simple fix. 

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

Just like in anything, evaluate your options--if you are looking for an easily integrated system and an easy to use interface you can't go wrong with Zift.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Zift solutions to better organize my leads and opportunities which is a big challenge in any sales job. One, easy user face that displays data in a concise matter is what Zift gives making it easier to develop an effective strategy. Just keeping the customer at the front of everything we do is what Zift helps us do.

There are very few things to improve on like UI and better flow support
It will be better if we can have better support for CTI for customer calling centers

Please start with trial and look at the other customer success stories to understand what use case zift can handle

Everything is awesome except some ui glitches which has got much better with time. Also, the workflow to support customer relation needs a bit of improvement.

Please keep improving the UI and have more flexibility with lead workflows.

Co-branding of documents is simple, straightforward & automated, pre-packaged campaigns are a great asset for our partners, the reporting tool is one of the best I have used. 

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

We found the SFDC integration a little bit clunky on the back end during integration, although this seems to be much more streamlined now.

Ability to create, distribute and track through partner marketing campaigns, with thaeability to provide pre-canned content for partners & closed loop reporting on the back end.

I personally utilize the creative servies feature of Zift mainly for the content writing because I can visualize my thoughts but actually creating a blueprint thats a different story. With the team they not only listen to my thoughts they provide there opinions as well.

At this time I havent come across any issues with that being said im a bit of a new user so my experience  is pretty limited at this point

With  Zift it gives me more opportunity to reaach a more broader spectrum of clients in which it would be hard for me manage if I had to do on my own.

Easy to use simple interface. My team can easily go in and push out content as needed.

Not Zift's fault but the vendor we use through Zift doesn't provide enough relevant content for us to be able to use the app more.

Analytics are huge along with the ease to schedule posts to free up our time.

The ease of use for onboarding and follow through on each channel to see what is working and how consumers are getting there.

A lot of the custom template was confusing and not user friendly. However, our rep was knowledgeable and helpful. 

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

A great software that tracks user behavior and helps with cross conversions through the funnel.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to take leads from 1 medium and follow through in other mediums such as from Facebook ads to mailchimp email marketing, and use the same strategies that worked previously on future campaigns.

The pre-populated content make it a breeze to send out multiple campaigns to multiple audiences at the same time. The social scheduler tool allows me to incorporate other social feeds into ours but still give me the option to approve or deny specific posts

Depending on what Zift you are using, there may or may not be a ton of content.

Great way to give users/partners content to use and re purpose through their own channels. I would recommend this for any manufacturer that is looking for a way to get content to partners or resellers.

We are adding content to our website, using relevant campaigns for products and events, as well as scheduling social posts

The product support was not the greatest when we had issues with the install.

The features and ease of use are incredible.  WE constantly get positive feedback from our partners regarding ease of use and access to our collateral and campaigns.  Pays for itself!

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

•	the legal/contract negotiation process was a bit lengthy...but that was due to DigiCert as much as Zift. Shows that we have our stuff/paperwork together.
•	there were a lot of meetings/workshops in the implementation phase...this could just be because I/Ryan is a one man army and bigger teams would likely appreciate it.

Enabling partners to get our message to their customers.  We realized that a lot of our larger partners didnt have an email automation solution in place to effective communicate, so this solves that need too

I love how easy it is to use and the intuitive design. Also, when I do have a question, the help guides are easily accessible and very helpful.

Some features require a few more steps than seem necessary, but other than that no complaints!

You can manage many external companies/employees that don't report to you and Zift makes it easy to do end-to-end integrations with other existing solutions.

It was difficult to learn to use and there wasn't a ton of support to help me.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I like that your able to upload templates to send out to clients and you can Group then in sets to send multiples over time. They have a great lead tracking system that tracks the amount of times someone opens the emails their behaviors.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I dislike that you can not delete contacts that you upload to the system and you can only archive them if out them on the do not contact list. Also creating your own template can be hard with the amount of space of the boxes and viewing everything can be hard.

**Recommendations to others considering Unifyr:**

I would work with the stream to make sure you hAve the template set up the way you want your clients to view and if you have any issues they are right there to help you as they dedicated a specialist to each account.

we were able to post to social media and email clients about information and we are able to track each post on traffic and interest. This also gave us a website plugin that would work as a site within a site to direct clients to certain information or subscriptions that we may be offering.
