What do you like best about Zest?

The design and interface are impressive, and I appreciate the gamified questionnaire format. It is so simple to navigate, and it makes me feel more valued by my company, knowing they prioritize our well-being with this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zest?

In startup, the promise of anonymity can feel a bit fragile. Even if I choose to submit feedback anonymously, when there are only three of us, it’s not hard for the manager to piece together who said what particularly if some team members don’t opt for anonymity at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Zest?

Easy to use, great selection of gifts. I like the e- gifting option. Customer Support is wonderful!

I'd like to use the platform more if I could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zest?

Had to get special permission to use my Canadian Credit Card with Billing info. Other than that, the platform is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zest?

We use the platform across our GTM efforts. It's extremely easy to use and free for orgs sending fits. What I love the most is I don't have to ask folks for their mailing address--just drop them a link to the gift. The unboxing of the gift is pretty cool too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zest?

Overall the platform is really great. As the team ships more features, I'd love to see easier visibility on tracking my orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zest helps us execute gifting in our GTM efforts without tracking down individual mailing addresses. Given the remote world, it's hard to know where people want items shipped (home or office). Zest removes that need to ask and track all that. You just drop a link and the receipant inputs their preferred address. Easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
