The addition of AI has also been extremely useful when composing short or long-form documentation. Our Zeroheight counterpart, Daphne, has served as a great resource to spotlight and educate us on new features and ideas to better optimize our use. Customer support has always responded quickly to issues too. **What do you dislike about zeroheight?** Zeroheight has been fairly slow and buggy in regard to publishing new releases as well as uploading and updating new and existing Figma design assets. There has also been a bit of a learning curve for adaptation from new editors and users because the tool is quite robust and overwhelming at times. Because of that, we're still working on more adoption from external team members and hoping to phase out other sources of documentation. The new larger menu for adding different kinds of content to a page makes it simple and fast to get your work done. Also, the page templates are super helpful, especially for new users. We also appreciated the quarterly meetings with our Customer Success Manager. She and ZH support were always responsive to inquiries **What do you dislike about zeroheight?** Having to publish an entire styleguide all at the same time was sometimes a problem. We had to set up organized releases every 2 weeks so that we did not accidentally publish work that was not ready to go out. It would be nice to be able to publish a page at a time, Yes, you can hide new pages until they are ready to be published but pages that are being edited cannot be hidden. We use 5 styleguides concurrently so having a coordinated release process was necessary. **What problems is zeroheight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zeroheight allows us to have multiple style guides that can be owned and updated by different teams. We use 5 primary style guides for Components, Foundational information, Accessibility,Analytics and Tagging, etc.... A wealth of information can be shared with our digital community that works on building our world-class website and mobile app. This allows everyone to have access to the same design system information and allows us to maintain our digital standards. Access to the published site does not require sign in. We wanted to make the information as easy to access as possible. We chose not to set up SSO initially for this purpose. ### 10. The problem we needed to solve was ensuring brand consistency, both in terms of language and design, internally and externally. Our styleguide is a single source of truth. Before, all the information was dotted around our intranet and on people's hard drives, in PDFs and PowerPoints that were often out of date. Now everything in our styleguide is up to date. ### 12.
