"Effortless Communication for All Skill Levels"
5/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

How easy and intuitive it is for people that are not yet used to professional tools for communication. The fact that zenzap uses terminology that is readily understood by everyone, even my 70 year old boss, makes things extremely easy. It helps our team, which spans over 8-hour time zone, and different digital backgrounds, have all the work communications in one place and easily available asynchronously. I also love that the basic plan for a small team like ours is totally free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

I would like to have direct videocalls implemented in the system, instead of being based off thrid-party apps like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Team Visibility and Media Storage, but File Management Needs Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

I like the overall visibilty as a manager to see what is going on and be able to help out in situations where onsite personnel are asking questions to the group and I can have office based personnel overviewing, that have the ability to offer feedback from an office. Also like the storage of media that can be looked back over even by newly added members to chats. The other good thing is to be able to remove people from chats when they are no longer working on projects, which helps keep them focused on the projects they are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

The removal of files is awkward when it comes to updating them. You currently have to locate the original message with the file attached and then delete it. Unable to rename files in the system is a shame but I'm sure the way the zenzap team work new processes come along after ideas are put forward by the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Onboarding and Secure Group Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

Onboarding is so much easier than other apps, such as Whatsapp. Combined with the safety of revoking chat access to people who leave the group, theae 2 features alone make it a standout platform. Add to that the file storage, the ability to set custom hours, the many different chat spaces - an awesome app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

Sometimes navigation is a bit cumbersome - for example deleting media from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless to Use and a Hit with the Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

It's extremely easy to use, and my team member was very pleased with it once they were onboarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

The only problem I’m experiencing right now is that, on occasion, the audio simply vanishes and isn’t sent after I finish recording it. I’m not sure whether this is due to a software glitch or an issue with my device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Interface, But Notification Overload Needs Fixing"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

What stood out most was how intuitive it felt from the very first use. The interface is clean, well-designed and makes collaboration straightforward. It strikes a nice balance between being feature-rich and still feeling simple to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

The notification system is the biggest drawback. Because alerts are tied to individual checklist items rather than the checklist as a whole, everyone ends up getting notified about every tiny update. It can quickly become noisy and distracting, especially in shared lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michal Voliovitch of Zenzap

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and positive feedback. We’re really glad to hear that Zenzap felt intuitive from the very first use and that the balance between simplicity and powerful features stood out to you.

Regarding notifications, we appreciate you calling this out. Currently, updates are tied to individual to-dos items because many users want full visibility when something changes such as task details, deadlines, or ownership, especially in collaborative environments. These updates appear only within the relevant chat or group where the task was created, not across unrelated conversations.

That said, we completely understand how this can feel noisy for teams that prefer fewer interruptions. Because different users have different preferences, we’re actively working on improvements that would allow changes to be viewed in a more centralized or customizable way, giving users greater control over how and when they’re notified.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us: it’s exactly what helps us continue to improve Zenzap and make it better for everyone. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

"Very useful and easy to use for daily work tasks"
4/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

Zenzap has a clean and user-friendly interface that makes daily communication and task management very efficient. As an employee, I find it incredibly useful for keeping track of updates, collaborating with teammates, and organizing work without confusion. It’s fast, responsive, and integrates well with other tools we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

I would like an easier way to download content that people have posted on Zenzap, especially when using the mobile app. Right now, it takes a few extra steps or isn’t very clear, which can slow down workflow when you're trying to access shared files quickly on the go. "Empowers Team Efficiency with Comprehensive Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zenzap?

I believe that ZenZap has all of the features and opportunities that could make our team more efficient and cohesive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenzap?

The challenge I believe is not with ZenZap but with people being afraid to switch, try a different platform or having to pay for a service when they get Group me for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michal Voliovitch of Zenzap

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review - we really appreciate it.

You’re absolutely right that the biggest challenge is often not the platform itself, but the hesitation people feel when switching tools or trying something new. That’s exactly why we built Zenzap to be intuitive, familiar, and easy to adopt from day one. Our goal is to make the transition feel simple and not intimidating, so teams can move over confidently and without friction.

We’re especially glad to hear Zenzap is helping your church security team communicate securely and stay connected across campuses. The ability to create structured groups, reach the right people at the right time, and keep communication safe is core to what we aim to deliver.

Thank you again for the feedback and for trusting Zenzap with such an important use case.
