I wouldn't consider anything a downside.
I initially had issues adding participants to my workspace and had to trouble shoot a few times. However, the IT support is incredibly helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's ability to easily create topics and channels. The people are getting used to working with Zenzap on a daily basis. It's easy to learn and also easy to setup an account. The way that it is supported in web and native mobile application is also a good thing. The notifications are subtle and as a team we were able to integrate it to our workflow. It does not have all the formatting I used to be ablet o do in Slack, Skype and even messenger. It should improve and allow some basic text formatting for emphasis, tagging other users, and highlighting sentences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
