We ran into major technical issues with Walmart order sync and Zentail accidentally delisting all our eBay listings. We decided to transition as these issues significantly impacted our revenue and status with Walmart. Paul Capriolo (Director of Growth) refused to work with us on a buyout or early termination, so we paid out seven months remaining of our 3rd year and will be happy to advise everyone of the experience. Thanks for the consideration after removing our entire eBay catalog for several days and failing to import random Walmart orders for a month. The Walmart order sync issue was still unresolved when we parted ways (not without paying for seven months more after being a customer for 2.5 years). Support was looped in 10 times on this continuing issue. Jim & Lenore were helpful in our years with Zentail and their support. We spent $1250/month for a large catalog; the price is affordable compared to major competitors who guarantee their software. **What problems is Zentail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zentail was an alternative to Channel Advisor, for several years. G2 asks what problems Zentail is solving and how is that benefiting you? Well, it solved nothing and benefited us by avoiding newer small companies that refuse to do what's right. ### 2. Customer service is spot on, and They always explain to you what the issues are and how to solve them. So in return, when you encounter the same problem, you will be able solve it. **Recommendations to others considering Zentail:** Customer service is very important, especially if you're a beginner. you can ask them basic questions or even hard ones and they reply to i less than 5mins. Also, you can always use keywords to search the issues in zentail. They also offer short tutorials. **What problems is Zentail solving and how is that benefiting you?** More on product listings on amazon, ebay, walmart, google & shopify. If I had to say what I like best is Zentail makes me feel like a partner and not a customer. I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve. The interface requires a learning curve but once learned it is quite simple and effective. I Love we can create a product listing in one place and push information and inventory to multiple channels. Inventory management is more successful than our previous provider. **What do you dislike about Zentail?** I would like to see better sales forecasting and sortable data by vendor/channel with the ability to generate purchase orders. **Recommendations to others considering Zentail:** For Multichannel Listing and Inventory control Zentail is a great company to work with. I have been using the software for a little over a month but have found it is easy to follow and find information. **What do you dislike about Zentail?** The only thing I feel that needs improved is the total cost per line on a purchase order. There is no selecting Average, FIFO, LIFO, etc. methods. Currently we have to extract data (by manually asking for this particular data, and find average cost (custom date ranges) ourselves. **What problems is Zentail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zentail has helped us to utilize multiple ecommerce channels while controlling most if not all the data from a single platform, which also controls our inventory. ### 12. I can see if I am winning the buy box, modify pricing and product data, send products to different marketplaces all from one page. The launch team was great. Amar was very helpful in making the transition onto the platform as easy as possible. The support team responds quickly to my pleas for help. **What do you dislike about Zentail?** With any marketplace dealing with listing errors is a pain. Zentail makes it easier by giving you more information to resolve the errors. This process can still be time consuming and frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering Zentail:** Growing e commerce can be a daunting task. Zentail makes it very simple to roll out products on multiple marketplaces. The platform is clean and up to date. It creates efficiencies that more than pay for the investment into the software and service. **What problems is Zentail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zentail enables us to manage nearly 10,000 SKU's with a 2 person team. It has streamlined our analytics. We are able to see profit and loss on a daily, or even order by order basis. We can make better business decisions with this platform ### 13.
