I especially value the ability to give instant recognition to colleagues, as well as the clear visibility into both individual and team performance. In the past, technical challenges required some patience - however, now I have a dedicated CSS (in my time zone), and now my issues get resolved very quickly. I like the ability to create custom courses and use external scorm packages. I also like that there is a free subscription option that allows for plenty of learners. For the most part, the program is user friendly on the admin and learner side. It easily integrates within Teams and SharePoint. And is an excellent system for daily learning.
