What do you like best about ZenQMS?
ZenQMS is a highly effective and thoughtfully designed eQMS that aligns closely with real-world industry practices. The platform is straightforward to implement, making it accessible even for organizations moving from paper-based or hybrid quality systems. Its intuitive configuration enables teams to become productive quickly, without the need for extensive customization or heavy IT involvement.
A key strength of ZenQMS is its responsive and knowledgeable customer support. The support team addresses questions and issues promptly, demonstrating a deep understanding of quality and regulatory requirements, which greatly boosts user confidence.
Frequent updates and enhancements show that ZenQMS actively listens to customer feedback and adapts to evolving compliance needs, ensuring the platform remains up-to-date with industry and regulatory standards.
ZenQMS is also notable for its flexibility, especially in form creation and workflow configuration. The platform allows users to design custom forms, implement conditional logic, and manage various workflow and signature options, making it suitable for organizations of different sizes, complexities, and risk profiles. This adaptability supports practical, risk-based quality management rather than imposing rigid, uniform processes.
The pricing is also quite reasonable for the value provided. Compared to other eQMS platforms, ZenQMS offers a strong return on investment without sacrificing functionality, compliance, or ease of use.
In summary, ZenQMS is a modern, scalable, and user-friendly QMS solution that integrates seamlessly into daily industrial and regulated workflows, supporting ongoing improvement and organizational growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ZenQMS?
At present, ZenQMS lacks native integration with external document storage platforms like SharePoint or comparable systems, which would enhance document collaboration and better align with established enterprise infrastructures. Furthermore, the formatting and alignment of text boxes in online forms could be improved when these forms are converted to PDF, resulting in a more polished and professional appearance. Lastly, ZenSign would benefit from being more intuitive by enabling users to easily reuse or auto-populate previously entered email addresses, which would minimize repetitive data entry and make the signature workflow more efficient.
