**What do you like best about zenloop?**

I really appreciate zenloop's AI-Powered Thematic & Sentiment Analysis, which is US-English optimized and specifically built for retail. This is crucial for getting high-quality and actionable insights. It's not just generic AI; it categorizes retail-specific themes without needing any custom setup. I also like how it segments insights by US regions and omnichannel touchpoints, which is very important for our business. The anomaly and trend alerts are awesome, as they allow us to address issues before they become big problems. The AI automates all the manual work of analyzing feedback, saving our team more than 10 hours a week. This consistent, unbiased theme tagging lets us focus on improving customer experience rather than getting bogged down in data collection. Also, the support team was incredibly helpful in overcoming small hurdles during the initial setup, especially in customizing integrations and resolving time-zone issues.

**What do you dislike about zenloop?**

We can’t tag Intershop or marketplace customer profiles with zenloop sentiment/themes (e.g., “highly dissatisfied with shipping”) to personalize future experiences—our 360° customer profiles (Intershop + CRM) don’t include VoC data, missing a huge opportunity to tailor US shopper experiences (e.g., offering a discount to a customer who had a bad BOPIS experience). Enable customer profile sync (CCPA-compliant) between zenloop and US retail CRMs/commerce platforms—letting us append VoC sentiment/themes to customer profiles for personalized follow-up (e.g., a Salesforce email campaign for US shoppers with negative shipping feedback).

I appreciate the simple setup of Zenloop, the clarity, and the low entry barrier. I particularly like the very fast go-to-market process.

**What do you dislike about zenloop?**

The UI is a bit "old-fashioned" and could use a modern touch. In some parts, it is not entirely intuitive and it's not immediately clear where to find certain information. An onboarding guide would be useful.

I use Zenloop to systematically capture qualified customer feedback and directly derive optimizations. The structured feedback process helps to collect feedback at the same point of the customer journey and identify problems.

**What do you like best about zenloop?**

Intuitive UI, quick and straightforward setup of queries, and easy integration of the queries into our customer journeys make Zenloop a valuable tool in our CRM tech stack.

**What do you dislike about zenloop?**

The customization options for queries could be more flexible to gain even more targeted insights. Additionally, the tool could become more versatile with sensible expansions, such as the integration of additional survey functionalities.

**What problems is zenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Zenloop, we can efficiently integrate NPS queries into various touchpoints and journeys to capture customer feedback in a targeted manner. We also use the tool to better understand our customers' purchasing behavior at different points. It is our central digital feedback tool that goes beyond the mere collection of NPS and helps us make data-based decisions and sustainably increase customer satisfaction.

The best thing I like about zen loop is we mostly give services but we don't know how customers feel about the services that where zenloop helped me a lot it is very easy to use and with the help of this I cam to know the feedback of the customers with great customer support.

As of now there is no dislikes because as I am exploring more about the product as of now it is good to use to know the feedback from customers

With zenloop, it is super easy to gather essential insights on customers wishes and painpoints throughout the whole customer journey. Moreover, drivers for both loyalty and dissatisfaction are automatically identified which enables a quick reaction to issues and prioritization. zenloop is definitely a powerful tool to manage customer experience systematically!

It should be possible to structure the dashboard a little bit better but that's just a minor issue.

Very easy way to integrate the voice of customer into different touchpoints. Possibility to react to customer feedback (using promoters and preventing churn). Very helpful customer service - they give good and proactive advise.

The sentiment analysis is a very good feature but also has some limitations.

Quick solution to problems identified from the customer's perspective. -> Customer satisfaction can be increased super quickly this way. A compliment is also gladly received and boosts the motivation of our employees.

Whenever I have a question, I can contact them directly and will get an answer in between a day.
If there is a problem, they will work it out and find a solution!

**What do you dislike about zenloop?**

we just had little problems adding zenloop to shopify but they worked out a great solution very far, so there is actually no dislike

**What problems is zenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to get a better overview of how we can increase our customer support.
We are very close to our customers but still would have missed out a lot of problems we can no work on, just because of zenloop. Like problems with payment methods or long loading of the website, they didn't write about before.
And the overviews with the different topics help me to sort it in subjects, which puts our customer service on next level.

Zenloop increased our customer feedback from below 10% from previous surveys to currently around 30%. This helps us to better understand our customers and act on their feedback. Another thing to point out is the great team and fast set up.

**What do you like best about zenloop?**

Using labels you can determine if the amount of feedback regarding certain issues is increasing. So you know which issues to examine first.

I was really surprised how fast feedback and suggestions for improvement of the tool are realised. Moreover, Zenloop is constantly developing the tool.

**What do you dislike about zenloop?**

It would be great to include a learning mechanism for the labels.

Until now, we're trying to find issues on the website with certain devices. The feedback on Zenloop also caused us to take a closer look at our payment methods and possible technical issues.

In future, we would also like to collect feedback about customer service contacts.
