What do you like best about zenloop?

Whenever I have a question, I can contact them directly and will get an answer in between a day.

we just had little problems adding zenloop to shopify but they worked out a great solution very far, so there is actually no dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to get a better overview of how we can increase our customer support.

We are very close to our customers but still would have missed out a lot of problems we can no work on, just because of zenloop. Like problems with payment methods or long loading of the website, they didn't write about before.

zenloop is a Berlin-based SaaS company that offers a Customer Experience Action Management Platform. Our Customer Experience Management solution allows companies to collect omnichannel feedback along the customer journey. With Zenloop, we can efficiently integrate NPS queries into various touchpoints and journeys to capture customer feedback in a targeted manner. We also use the tool to better understand our customers' purchasing behavior at different points. It is our central digital feedback tool that goes beyond the mere collection of NPS and helps us make data-based decisions and sustainably increase customer satisfaction. What do you like best about zenloop?

Using labels you can determine if the amount of feedback regarding certain issues is increasing. So you know which issues to examine first.
