It allows me to focus on creating instead of managing multiple tools. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** Some features take a little time to fully explore, and there can be a learning curve at the beginning. That said, once things are set up, it becomes much smoother. **What problems is Zenler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenler solves the problem of fragmentation. Instead of juggling different platforms for courses, emails and payments, everything lives in one place. Being able to use my own domain makes the whole experience feel more professional and aligned with my brand. It reduces overwhelm, improves organisation, and helps me turn ideas into real, structured offers with confidence. ### 2. I love that it records webinars so you can upload the recording and that it is very customizable so I can make it branded. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** It does have a learning curve to it as you do have to create website pages and when I have students enroll in a live webinar + replay I've had students who enroll but then didn't know they had to double enroll in the live (they have to then "book" a spot) so I have added that to my instructions in the initial email as the first webinar I did many missed it since they couldn't get in even though they had paid for it. **What problems is Zenler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting live and recording courses for my business. ### 3. It was relatively easy to start when I switched from another website platform. I particular love that I don't need a separate Mail Chimp or Zoom account. However, my favourite thing about NZ is the amount of support and continuous learning they provide for users, free of charge. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** Not a lot really. There is a bit of a learning curve to begin with, but that is to be expected. **What problems is Zenler solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't really have any problems that need solving. They are constantly adding new features, such as the Community, if that is what you mean. Or do you mean 'how does NZ help me in my business'? Sorry, this question isn't clear. The "problem" that NZ helps to "solve" in my business that it makes life easier when everything is in one place - website, mailing lists, blog, community, course host. No need to learn lots of different systems. ### 9. It has good integration with Zoom, excellent automation features like funnels, email follow-ups and friendly support. I'm running my courses on Zenler and don't need any other tool to run my site besides a mailbox for incoming emails. I use it daily to improve my online courses and develop new ones. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** I struggled to set up my site at first without my outgoing emails ending up in spam, but eventually, I managed to set up everything myself, and I only needed to hire anyone to do it for me. **What problems is Zenler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenler takes care of sales, email automation, and providing access to courses and community. ### 10. Course creation, customizable or simple template web pages, excellent payment options (tiers pricing, coupons, etc) and integrated email services and marketing funnels. NZ also offers the most comprehesive and organized training for the platform, as well as continual ongoing workshops. The cost compared to features offerred is extremely good. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** Email editing in both regular campaigns and especially in marketing funnel or course automations is frustrating to say the least. I want my emails to ALL look polished and professional, and especially brand consistent. This is difficult when email marketing campaigns use block editing (that still have some bugs like not being able to center buttons) and automations don't have nearly as many options.
