For solo project and task management (I haven't evaluated it for group productivity), Zenkit is best-in-class. It has a formidable array of features that are not found in any other SMB app:

- fully drag n drop (folders, projects, tasks, sub tasks)

- nested sub tasks (up to 10 levels deep)

- highly customizable views (list, hierarchy, kanban, gantt, etc)

- customizable entry forms

- custom fields

- cusomizable filters

- scheduling and reminders

- calendar ingtegration (not tested yet)

- third-party app integration (trello, others)

- nice color schemes for tags (not the drab flat colors other apps have)

- cross platform support (win, android - I don't use apple, so haven't tested)

- responsive support (less than 1 hour during working hours CET)

- not laggy, responsive navigation between main views and sub tasks views.

In our team, we use Zenkit to sort and organize orders. I find it positive that Zenkit allows you to always keep an overview and is easy to use. The drag-and-drop feature also makes working easier and saves you from having to enter data multiple times. Since multiple people have shared access to Zenkit, collaborative work is possible.
