Zeni has a slick dashboard to show you near realtime financial KPI's and has a solid team to perform all aspects of your accounting needs. Beyond managing our books, they’ve been instrumental in transitioning our Chart of Accounts to align with best practices for a company at our stage. What do you like best about Zeni?

I love how quick it does the bookkeeping and how many features it offers so that we can replace multiple platforms and softwares and house it under one rooof! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeni?

I don't see any downsides, the onboarding process is a bit long but I think that's just because it needs to be thorough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zeni came in to solve my accounting woes. As a founder the biggest headache each month was keeping up with bookkeeping, payments, and receiveables. Zeni was cost effective, and extremly easy to onboard. I would highly reccomend bringing them on to help offload your accounting and administrative tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They function as our accounting department and saves me time and energy on managing internal people and department functionality. They are responsive and knowledgable. What problems is Zeni solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zeni was supposed to help us move from Freshbooks to Quickbooks, organize our books, take over accounts receivable, and provide CFO services. Only the CFO services were worthwhile. The rest was a nightmare. We started in October, by January they still did not have the Freshbooks transfer complete. Which is crazy, since being a digital agency, our books are relatively straightforward compared to other business that hold inventory. In February they attempted to charge us for Tax Services we were not using. After many delays we took a look at what we were getting and realized that none of the services we wanted to hand over were yet up an running. Even the CFO insights, the only thing worthwhile, were hamstrung by terrible inter-team communication at Zeni. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zeni solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simply put: we have complicated books. Not only is there a lot happening, but plenty happening in crypto! It's such a relief to be able to turn to a team of trusted experts to help me make sense of things and get items in an auditable state. I highly recommend Zeni; their platform is already saving me time. If I save 3 total hours a month, the service pays for itself based on opportunity cost alone. We deal into different locations in United Sates. It becomes really tricky to ensure we are compliant at all the locations as our workforce is spread accros.
