If we really wanted to know where we stood, we had to create those data ourselves with spreadsheets. Zeni solved that by providing real-time (i.e. always updated) financial reports. It is now easy to see our financial health on Zeni's dashboard and to quickly provided data for VCs. We can even give them access to selected data on our dashboard. ### 6. Service is already great and response to issues, concerns, and feedback is improving at a great week. **Recommendations to others considering Zeni:** The layer of comptroller services that is include and Zeni software platform make it different almost all other outsourced accounting solutions. I have lots of trust in the their team and see how dedicated they are to quality and service, which should give everyone a very high level of trust when evaluating them because most "traditional" backoffice/accounting services don't offer these. I also believe the innovatation/development on the platform (as well as a very very good UI) sets them apart from the bunch. The customer support is phenomenal. Zeni made sure everything was up to date and now it's all automated. They made something incredibly stressful easy. I was scared to hand it all over but they showed me exactly what their process was so that I could be as confident as them that everything was correct.
