I think the dashboard can be improved with more reporting options. Right now, we have to create custom reports in another tool given the limited options in ZenGRC. Full featured solution with lots of customization ability. UI is intuitive and flexible. Onboarding team has been excellent - we had an audit coming up two weeks from the time we purchased, so had to get everything up and ready to support the audit and were able to successfully do so. It took a lot of work on the backend from our implementation manager who was also helping to train us on how best to use the solution. While we have been happy with the support team, one of our requests has required engineering efforts to resolve an issue that was one of the key features for us in the tool and it has not been resolved in 2+ weeks. Customization of end-user experience is minimal. Some settings are instance-wide and can't be set to a specific object. For example, unable to customize when I send out notifications to end-users and the ability to customize or modify the end-user experience.
