## About Xurrent IMR
Xurrent IMR (Incident Management and Response) is an end-to-end platform designed to help infrastructure and support teams manage the full incident response lifecycle — from the first alert to the final post-mortem. Built for speed, clarity, and operational accountability, it gives on-call teams the structure they need to respond decisively when systems fail. At its core, Xurrent IMR brings together alert correlation, on-call scheduling, task delegation, and SLA compliance into a single, unified workflow. Rather than stitching together multiple point solutions, teams get a coherent system that handles every stage of incident response without context-switching. Key capabilities include: Intelligent alert routing and correlation: Custom routing rules and alert context surface the right information at the right time, helping teams accelerate root cause analysis and reduce noise. On-call management with escalation policies: Fully customizable schedules and escalation chains ensure incidents are acknowledged and resolved within SLA thresholds, with no gaps in coverage. Incident roles, task templates, and playbooks: Structured delegation frameworks reduce chaos during high-severity events, ensuring every team member knows their responsibilities before an incident strikes. Response automation: Automated workflows enable self-healing system behaviors, reducing mean time to resolution and minimizing manual intervention for recurring failure patterns. Advanced analytics and reporting: Team, service, and user-level reporting gives engineering and operations leaders the visibility to measure performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve. Xurrent IMR integrates with 150+ monitoring, observability, and ticketing tools — including Datadog, Prometheus, PagerDuty, Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow, Grafana, New Relic, and AWS CloudWatch — making it compatible with the stacks modern infrastructure teams already rely on. Whether managing a distributed engineering organization or a lean operations team, Xurrent IMR provides the coordination layer that turns reactive firefighting into a repeatable, measurable discipline.

  ### 6. Experience with Zenduty

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

What I like best about Zenduty is its simplicity and effectiveness — it’s super easy to set up, and the interface is clean and intuitive. The real win is how seamlessly it handles on-call scheduling and multi-channel alerting (Slack, email, SMS, etc.), ensuring the right people are notified instantly. Plus, their support team is impressively responsive and genuinely listens to feedback. It strikes a great balance between functionality and usability, especially for teams that want reliable incident management without the complexity of larger tools.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

One thing that could be better in Zenduty is its limited range of third-party integrations compared to some competitors like PagerDuty or OpsGenie. While it covers the essentials, teams that rely on a wide variety of tools might find it a bit restrictive. Also, there are occasional small UI glitches — like buttons that freeze or screens that need refreshing — though they don’t usually block functionality and the support team tends to resolve them quickly. Overall, these are minor trade-offs given the platform's overall reliability and ease of use.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handeling and notified for alerts

  ### 7. Good solution to get alerts and insights on the critical issues before they became P0

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sufyan K. | Member of Technical Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty's oncall rotation and integration is really smooth. It is a very good alternative to Pager Duty for the smaller teams.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

One thing that still bugs me out is the spam calls. We most of the time ignores the call because they are too much. But again this is not Zenduty's fault as we are the one who configure the alerts. If Zenduty gives us some analytics on what type of incident we ignore than we can have better configs.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty solves the problem of fragmented incident communication by providing a centralized platform that automates the creation of various communication channels and tickets. This streamlines the response process and ensures that all relevant parties are promptly notified and involved in resolving incidents.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thanks, Sufyan. We're glad to hear that you appreciate Zenduty's comprehensive incident communication features. We understand the concern about spam calls and are continuously working to improve our notification system to minimize any inconvenience for our users.

  ### 8. Awesome , Alert handling never felt this easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Afnan A. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Everything , but the best feature is the Alert Collation and the analytics page

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The fewer option for the notification sounds

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no single product where we could use to collect all the alerts from different sources and getting alerted
Zenduty made it possible , very easy to use , very easy to handle .

  ### 9. Easy to manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad J. | Linux Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

its ability to centralize incident management, reduce alert fatigue through better notification routing, simplify on-call rotations, and provide a user-friendly interface

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Not much as of now butvi think could revist the free plan limits.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unification of alerting system so we can check this as a single point for any incidents

  ### 10. A Scalable PagerDuty Alternative That Works Well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arvind S. | Backend Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty offers a lot of useful features and flexible options. The alert routing, incident playbooks, and postmortem tools help make incident management easier. Their support team is responsive. Moving from PagerDuty was simple.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

There are a lot of features, which can be too much at first. A step-by-step onboarding process would make it easier for new users.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty helps us streamline incident response by centralizing alerts, automating on-call schedules, and enabling fast coordination during outages. It reduces response time and improves accountability with features like alert routing, escalations, and postmortems. The ability to integrate with our existing tools and notify the right teams immediately has been a huge productivity boost.

  ### 11. Best Incident Monitoring Tool with Best People Onboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manoj K. | Manager - Technical Support Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

The people. They are very supportive from day 1. I wouldn't take one of very popular incident monitoring tool with whom I was initially engaged with but they gave such poor customer service experience but I thank them. Because of them only, I came across ZenDuty and I am loving it.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Nothing as such. Great in every aspect..

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have weekend on-call support. ZenDuty is helping my staff not to sit at desk on the weekends, they can continue doing their household chores and if any customer is sending an email, they are getting the phone call and that's when they need to open the laptop.

  ### 12. My experience with Zenduty

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath S. | SRE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty makes handling alerts very easy.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Have not observed any issues so far with Zenduty.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is solving several critical problems in incident management, primarily focusing on reducing Mean Time To Acknowledge (MTTA) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR). Reduced Alert Fatigue and Faster Incident Resolution.

  ### 13. Incident response and management made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomer C. | DevOps Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

ZenDuty is easy to use, set up, and integrate with tools. They provide excellent customer service and care, with support tickets answered immediately and feature requests quickly prioritized and added to the roadmap. As an alerting system, it sends alerts instantly, without delays or latency. The UI is clear and detailed, much clearer than those of competitors.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Due to the company's age, it is not yet supported by complementary solutions, unlike PagerDuty and OpsGenie integrations. It should be noted that every request to ZenDuty is prioritized, and support for new features is typically added very soon.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incident management made easy! Different team members can collaborate seamlessly on incidents through communication and incident management via Slack. Manage post-mortems, set priorities, and reduce noise from irrelevant incidents using ZenDuty's valuable statistics.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Tomer C.! We're stoked to read this.
Also, we understand the importance of integrating with complementary solutions and are continuously working to expand our integrations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize and add new features to our roadmap.

  ### 14. Short & Sweet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viswanatha K. | lead devops engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

It is a good tool for those seeking an alternative to PagerDuty, especially if it fits within your budget. It effectively manages users and has recently implemented some AI features as well

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

One improvement I can suggest is grouping incidents based on tags. Additionally, when users need reports such as the top incidents for the day, week, or month, or per-user reports on the time taken to respond to incidents (MTTA and MTTR) this will help us analyze user performance. Furthermore, top alerts per period will assist us in identifying alerts that occur very frequently

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

incidence managenet

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for the positive feedback on our UI and incident management, Viswanatha. We'll definitely take your suggestions for improving labels, alerts, and alert grouping into consideration. We're glad to hear that Zenduty is helping with incident management for you.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Here are couple of things what we liked about Zenduty
1. The UI/UX is great it's very easy to use & easy to configure and play around
2.The costing is signifcantly cheaper compared to the other tools in the market.
3. The multiple integration features it provides

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

There is nothing specific that i dislike about the product. Probably if they can have a dedicated implementation team it would be very helpful for clients to just give their requirements. But that's just our opinion.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is helping us maintain the entire Incident Management process.

The ease of use and the user interface along with the seamless integrations from any third-party incident management products. Customer support is quick and very cooperative

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

I would love to have a dark mode and support for cross-border team notifications for international numbers

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Setting up custom alert rules can be complicated, especially for people who are not very technical. A simpler interface or setup process would help.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zenduty for sending incident alerts, managing on-call schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and routing alerts from monitoring tools like Datadog and New Relic.

  ### 23. Great product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arwell A. | SRE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

  ### 24. Paging solution that works with any integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua O. | SRE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty works with countless integrations, and if any are outside the scope of Zenduty services, then Zenduty offers a generic API solution to even further expand any monitoring solution! Additionally, alerting has never been easier. I utilize Zenduty services daily, and have created alerts, teams, paging scheduled, and more.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty as a service also offers RBAC work around user profiles. I have started testing this personally and I haven't been able to make it function correctly for cross-team alerting, escalations, and schedule viewing via Slack UI. However, I have submitted this to Zenduty's Customer Success team and they have been on it!

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing multi-team paging allowing for quicker incident responses through Zenduty services.

  ### 25. Experience with Zenduty

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty is highly helpful with its intuitive UI and top-notch customer support (especially Anjana), offering immediate responses. The standout feature is its Google Chat integration, which major tools like JSM lack, and it also provides the best documentation. This integration was the key reason we switched to Zenduty

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

I find manually overriding users challenging since weekend and weekly policies are not available, similar to Opsgenie, and the rules writing feels a bit difficult.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty addresses the critical need for seamless Google Chat integration, which was lacking in tools like Opsgenie and JSM, enabling efficient incident management and communication. This has streamlined our workflow, reduced response times, and enhanced team coordination, providing a robust solution for regular incident management beyond just call notifications.

  ### 26. Competitive product available in market and user friendly

  ### 27. Good Incident Management Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh A. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

It checks all boxes like an intutive web and mobile app, easy to setup processes. The CS team is responsive and have good knowledge of the product.

Apart from initial onboarding there were not much contacts needed with zenduty teams.

It is a good thing that they support multiple flavours of incoming webhooks, auto incident management and good set of analytics.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The pricing is all inclusive.

Our use-case is to use the paging system for oncall incidents. A slotted pricing would be much appreciated.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the product for paging and oncall management. And it does a pretty good job in terms of notification, scheduling and overrides.

  ### 28. Great for maintaining systems

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen G. | IT Support/Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Nice clean UI, reasonably low coding knowledge required to use. Great for maintaining multiple alerts from various systems. Efficient ticketing-system style overview to help manage and triage urgent issues. Never had an issue with contacting support.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Many existing tools provide notification systems to alert users of high priority issues.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves me having to check independent systems to ensure nothing is 'on fire', so to speak. As a Sysadmin this is a great time saver and allows me to avoid the anxiety associated with being responsible for so many different systems and tools at the same time.

  ### 29. Like PagerDuty but less expensive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael N. | Director - Cybersecurity Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

It has all of the features I need (Phone/Email/App reminders) at an affordable price. It was easy to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The tiers are prohibitive for the size of users. They could expand their users counts per teir.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps my team true to their SLAs and alerts the on call personel regardless of their time or locations. It also helps schedule the team for on call.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> It's great to hear that Zenduty is helping your team stay true to their SLAs and manage on-call schedules effectively. Thank you for sharing your experience, Michael.

Terraform support is awesome nobody else does it like this. Full control, versioning, automation. It’s powerful stuff.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

We use it across Infra. Tied into everything Datadog, New Relic, Slack, Jira you name it. We even built custom dashboards with their API. Total control, total visibility.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setup takes time, especially if you’ve got complex escalation rules. But hey, anything worth doing takes effort. You want the best? You gotta invest.

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

For me Zenduty works as a incident manager be it some alerting of Jira tickets or Oncall ticket. It helps me to resolve those tickets as soon as possible by notifing me about them. We can connect our mobile number with it so that we can get the issue as a message and analyse it and fix it to provide better user experience.

As it is new it has some limited feature set like AI-powered incident prediction and also the pricing is a little bit high.
