I like the ability to export information from Base into excel files to use outside of the CRM from time to time. Helps create maps in Google for territory mapping. Comparing to SalesForce the functionality is not as straightforward. It requires a little more training to get going. A feature for Salesforce "walk me through" for various functions would be extremely useful for Base functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use on computer and app layout is visually easy to follow. At first we were promised the app would be able to hold sales data and incorporate client needs and workflow all in one system. Cost and inability to track sales data on this platform made it half of the tool we needed. Tracking sales on excel through our analysts while having a CRM system is like typing out an essay just to later hand write it.
