What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Grouping companies and employees into one convenient location with the ability to contact them right through the platform. The email templates are handy and filtering who exactly needs to be contacted helps saturating our message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

It is very simple to use. Very reliable and almost zero errors. I have all the info I need to ensure a good call. I also love the pipeline and the ability to input source of the leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BASE allows for easy tracking of leads, and easy access to customer contact info, even when on the road. The mobile app is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still getting use to the mobile version of the last update. The version prior to the last update was awesome, and I still use it on my iphone. Ipad had an auto update :-( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like the ability to export information from Base into excel files to use outside of the CRM from time to time. Helps create maps in Google for territory mapping. The ability to produce an excel sheet for marketing purposes. The mass email tool is great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Comparing to SalesForce the functionality is not as straightforward. It requires a little more training to get going. A feature for Salesforce "walk me through" for various functions would be extremely useful for Base functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Ease of use on computer and app layout is visually easy to follow. At first we were promised the app would be able to hold sales data and incorporate client needs and workflow all in one system. After a month we were told it wouldnt work well with our set up. The mapping function is also great on the iphone platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Cost and inability to track sales data on this platform made it half of the tool we needed. Tracking sales on excel through our analysts while having a CRM system is like typing out an essay just to later hand write it.
