What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Our customer service rep is extremely helpful, even for those of us who get very frustrated when they can't figure out how to do something. Zach is always available and happy to help. That being said, the Base dashboard is intuitive and user friendly to navigate, once you get used to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

The only downfall I've found so far is that being on the East coast, I can't reach someone during our early working hours as they are based on the west coast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zendesk Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like the simple design that makes it easy for someone new to a CRM platform to grasp. It took a day to learn how to use Base. That is very rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I enjoy using Base because the layout is robust, and they are continually improving as well. I'm able to easily filter my leads and understand where I need to focus for the day, week, month, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally don't like that there aren't more robust email features available within Base. I also wish that there was better task management, recurring tasks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Multiple ways for managing pipelines, and great smart lists that can be tailored to many different needs and wants. Multiple pipelines so that different areas of the business can all be tied in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When emails are tied into the system, their allocated to a client, as opposed to a deal, therefore it can get a little bit confusing if one client has multiple deals in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

that I can see when a customer opens my e mail and how many times they open the e mail. the phone feature is great as I can work from my phone while in the car or in the field Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Overall the ease of use and organization of the platform. The smartsheets are a great feature to sort, store and manipulate deals or contacts to getting information needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
