I really like the simplicity and organization of the program. As a manufacturers representative, I have a large complex network of distributors, end users, OEMs, etc. This program enables me to access all needed information in a single application. I don't like how as an administrator I can't manually add distributors to the distributor fields. GetBase support has to do this. Also, filters would be beneficial to separate notes from GetBase users (so not everyone can see the data using the program). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to filter and tag so that searching for a lead or a contact is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Base CRM had a great look and feel to it. This made it easier for SDRs to navigate and stay organized. The CRM software was easy to use when it connected with GMail. It tracked all the outbound activities, as well as the open rates. The task feature of Base was by far the best! It was accurate at the time stamp and also gave you information on who to call, what to talk about, and what stage the contact/deal was at.

Sometimes Base had an error of transferring information from Hubspot over. It would take a while to update the actual contact and then organize it to the correct format. Other than formatting issues - there was no other problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things that make Base CRM stand out from the crowd:
1. Their UI is clean and organized; easy to understand and customizable.
2. Their customer support is hands-down the best I've seen. Our account manager is able to go above and beyond to pull together resources from across divisions to meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not so flexable and customisable, doesn't fit for large organizations or people that requires good reporting and business intelligence tools.
The built-in emailing module is buggy and lacks even the most basic stuff like colors and embedded pictures- very bad for marketing campaigns and mass emailing, and can cause major discomfort with buggy emails sent to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
