Love the app, so simple to use. I’m on the go a lot, and this is especially helpful at conferences where you talk to a lot of different people. Love the gmail integration, I don’t have to work hard to make this CRM work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes your work more organised, professional and easy to reach every time you need it.

I love being able to keep all my prospects in one place. Really love the ability to see who has checked my email or taken acting clicking on a link. Well organized and being able to set tasks and use tags for clients is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing that makes me crazy is that I can’t link my Base app on my phone to upload files from my Dropbox app. I can link DB and Base on my computer but not my phone :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 300 email quota. I would like to be able to reach out to more potential leads. It would be nice if the Contacts section and Deals pages overlapped, especially when it comes to application submission information on the contacts page merging onto the Deals page. Integration with my phone so I get a reminder to make a note as soon as a call ends. This really helps me to record interactions with customers. The voice integration also makes it really easy to take notes while on the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The smart list feature allows a great overview of all contacts and deals. No way to loose control in your daily tasks. If you feel you need a little support in your follow ups and future actions, the "task" option is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple pipeline feature, setup flexibility according to our company's needs, and last but not least, they have an excellent customer service.
