What do you like best about ZenBusiness?

I used to like the user experience but since that doesnt work neither technically nor organizationally..

THey will talk to you on the phone. I appreciate not being put in front of an AI chatbot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZenBusiness?

Bad account practices. Unethical account practices. If it is sold to someone else or registered to a different agent, the business will remain in your account even if you prove that its no longer registered with ZEN or prove that it the old business is now owned by someone else who is not the account holder. They will allow that new owner to access YOUR account because they only verify account access with the business information. Their system does not have a way to remove old businesses from your account even if you dont own it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ZenBusiness:

If you own a business with more than one person, dont register it with ZEN. You may have big big problems if either of you decides to take over the entire business or sell it. Their system cannot handle this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZenBusiness solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been a zen business customer since 2021. I had one LLC registered. Later I opened another busines with someone else, but used the same account to do so. I later sold that LLC to him. They were unable to remove that LLC from my account. I provided them with information to show that his LLC was now registered with Northwestern. They still could not remove it from my account. Then I was locked out of my account. I had to go through massive verification. They claimed that my friend had called and asked for account access. However my friend had already re-registered their business with Northwestern. So it seems they lied to me over the phone. Multiple hours were spent on the phone with them over several days before they finally gave me my account back.. all the while they treated my friend as if he were the account owner and as if I were the one breaking into my account.. Im so frustrated. I dont recommend working with them. They have no way to handle it if your business is sold to someone else. They dont take accountability. Its not worth it to have to take them to court over this. Im lucky this was a friend of mine and not some adversary or super busy person because it wasnt just me who had to be on the phone with ZEN, but him too. It was anything but a zen experience. "Brilliant For Americans"

What do you like best about ZenBusiness?

Setting up a business while ensuring proper legal and regulatory compliance becomes a breeze with ZenBusiness. It is smart, effecient, robust, and powerful. Being a non-native American, I don't understand their tax codes and laws.

When I help my clients setup businesses I have to make sure proper compliance. Initially I used to screw up a lot. Now, my team leverages ZenBusiness to handle everything. Tax Filings, Tax works like W2s, 401(k)s, and various other financial matters are also handled by them.

Being a marketer myself, setting my client's website, domain name, and various other facilities is quite important. I am able implement all that at one place with ZenBusiness.

In my experience, there customer support is magnificent. I have tried all there pricing options, and I can say their support is quick, well-informed, and helpful. Due to my lack of knowledge about American states, I sometimes lack basic knowledge. Support helps me with the various fundamentals with great patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZenBusiness?

They have many drawbacks, and a few are my personal dislikes.

Firstly, they are focused on America. Asia and the majority of the other parts of the world are kept away from their services.

Secondly, I hate their website designer. May be thats just because we are web devs and generally prefer hard coding, but I don't know. I never liked there page building tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZenBusiness solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am marketer and I help businesses grow. One of our key areas is helping businesses tap new markets in foriegn markets. Which requires us to sometimes setup business and basic infra for them in forieng markets. Being an Asian, the Amercian business setup becomes easy using ZenBusiness. It is an ideal choice for starting and managing new businesses. I love how the steps and guidance change based on experience level. So, when I first started using it, I selected beginner and it did a lot more handholding. Later for another business I made another account, and since I was at intermediate level, things were a lot faster, and a lot less explaining. "Don't Use Zen Business"

This company is absolute garbage. It took forever to cancel my account and AFTER they finally managed to do so they billed me for the renewal. I called to speak with a supervisor to try and get a renewal and they told me it would take 24-48 hours for my request to speak with a supervisor to "go through" WTF?

Do yourself a favor and RUN FAR AWAY from Zen Business, they are crooks and liars. They charge massive fees for the lowest possible quality service and then when you try to cancel they make it damn near impossible and try to charge you anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
