**What do you like best about Zenarate?**

Zenerate is incredibly easy to work with. The team is responsive, collaborative, and focused on continuous innovation. Since adopting the platform, we've seen steady investment in new features and technology. The stories are realistic and engaging, and our team members are gaining confidence in their skills after using them. It's made a huge difference in our team's readiness.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

So far, we haven't experienced any major downsides. Like any AI-driven tool. there's a learning curve in the beginning, but the team has been great at supporting us through it.

They're helping us strengthen our team's readiness by providing realistic, AI-driven stories that let our team practice in a safe environment. It's been a huge help in boosting confidence, improving consistency in soft skills, and speeding up time to proficiency for new hires and tenured colleagues.

**What do you like best about Zenarate?**

I love that this platform removes the element of feeling self-conscious about practice and developing new skills. It's not often that a learning environment can be created where it's safe to struggle and learn from your experiences to become more confident. The team at Zenarate are so quick to action things and easy to work with. They are always available for questions and willing to share helpful recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

In the current state, it's not very helpful for tenured colleagues who may not need the full support of practice in a Guided and Unguided format. It would be more impactful if the AI Coach customized it's language to provide detailed and specific feedback for the learner on where they are going wrong.

**What problems is Zenarate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For onboarding, it's allowing colleagues the opportunity to practice advice conversations and soft skills in a safe environment before they are customer-facing. It also is lessening the burden on formal training programs and people managers to provide detailed and dedicated instruction at the individual level.

**What do you like best about Zenarate?**

The Zenarate platform allows us to deliver dynamic, realistic simulations that not only accelerate learning for our tenured and new hire learning, but also create a safe space for skill development and confidence building. We love the new Canvas Builder, Scorecard, and Analyzer features as well and are very eager to begin implementation.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

It's been a great experience. I cannot think of anything at this time.

**What problems is Zenarate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving for creating realistic system navigation simulations as well as specific, business defined call servicing skill gaps. It helps us to scale roleplays in a way never possible before and allow learners and coaches extra practice for specific skills when needed. We are able to deliver more consistent learning experiences and learning products.

**What do you like best about Zenarate?**

Zenarate AI Coach has been a game-changer for our training programs at USAA. Since implementing the simulator, we've seen a significant reduction in training time while giving our users a hands-on, realistic way to practice and learn through AI-driven and coached simulations. The platform is intuitive and effective, helping our teams build confidence and skill in a safe, supportive environment.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

While Zenarate AI Coach has brought clear value to our training programs at USAA, there are a few areas where we’ve seen room for improvement. Some of the simulations can feel a bit linear, which occasionally limits the flexibility of conversations. We understand this is partly by design to ensure consistency, but it can sometimes restrict the natural flow of learning.

Additionally, the system occasionally struggles to recognize certain utterances, leading to errors or misinterpretations. That said, we’ve seen steady improvements in this area, and the Zenarate team has been proactive in addressing these issues.

With the introduction of their new GenAI Simulator, we’re optimistic that many of these limitations will soon be a thing of the past. The evolution of their technology shows real promise, and we’re excited to see how it continues to enhance the learning experience.

**What problems is Zenarate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Zenarate AI Coach has helped us solve is the inefficiency and inconsistency of traditional live simulations. These sessions were often time-consuming, costly, and varied widely depending on the facilitator or scenario. Zenarate has streamlined that process by offering scalable, consistent AI-driven simulations that allow users to practice in a safe, judgment-free environment. This has been especially valuable when we don’t have access to a dedicated training system—Zenarate fills that gap and ensures our teams can still build skills effectively. With the rollout of their new GenAI Simulator, we’re confident that even more flexibility and realism are on the horizon.

I wish the AI Coach was a little more flexible in responses.  You only get what you program.  However, we're hopeful this improves with the new AI generated personas recently introduced to the Zenarate platform.

I’ve been using Zenarate AI Coach for a few months, and I like it. The platform is easy to use, and the AI gives helpful feedback. I can practice at my own pace, which is great. Overall, it’s improved my skills a lot. I recommend it!

N there are a few things I think could be better. Sometimes the AI doesn’t fully understand my questions, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I wish there were more diverse practice scenarios to choose from. Overall, it’s a good tool, but these improvements would make it even better!

I receive instant feedback on my performance, allowing me to make adjustments in real time.

It has helped our agency tremendously by training the staff. The AI implementation to train our staff with calls and real-life scenarios has also worked wonders. They all feel very comfortable coming back to these scenarios.

What I like most is the ability is gives audiences to practice on their own without the fear of breaking something, messing up, or being nervous in front of their peers. It not only serves as a great initial training tool, but is fantastic for continued education and continuous up-skilling.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

Some of the opportunities I've experienced have since been resolved based on the dedicated attention, care, and focus of the customer support team. These areas centered around UI/UX and reporting. The tool has evolved a lot since the original implementation, but I'd still like to see a stronger push on improving the overall UI/UX.

Limited 1-1 coaching, scalability across shifts, continuous education, etc.

Zenarate continues to improve their product based off the needs of their customers. The Zenarate Team is fantastic and easy to work with. The program works better than expected.

I'm still looking for a downside. If I think of anything, I'll let you know.

It strenthens our agents ability to control the call flow and forces script adherance. We have seen a significant improvement with our QA scores but more importantly the customere experince has improved largely because of all the proactice our call center representitives get with the various stories we have created.

There are many things our team likes about Zenarate, but a few of my favorites include the following:

The only downside of the fast-paced call center industry and having the ability to create unlimited and customizable content is the time and effort it takes to maintain content.

Zenarate AI Coach is allowing us to provide simulated practice opportunities to new hires before they begin taking live calls as well as allowing tenured advocates to practice upskilling opportunities or process changes before they go-live. This tool is also helping us reinforce best practices when we notice quality errors in our quality audits.

**What do you like best about Zenarate?**

Zenarate's AI Coach is 1) super easy for business users to deploy 2) requires no integration with contact center tech 3) Measurably improves contact center agent metrics relative to control groups - e.g. handle time, CSAT/NPS improvements, $ collected, revenue generated per contact, compliance etc. But most impressive is the culture of execution, doing what it takes, constantly innovating and thinking ahead.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

There are no downsides to using AI Coach. Just ensure that the right business use cases are built into the training simulations and you'll see the metrics move!

We have been working with Zenarate for quite some time and the delivery of services is excellent. The support from team on ground and their CEO is just brilliant. Having deployed Zenarate in many different situations at our client we have seen a considerable jump in the learning curve of our team. Guided and unguided learning both are extremely helpful and help our agents work in an optimal fashion.

None as of now. We would be glad if email workflow integration with third-party software can be included in Zenarate

The staff at Zenerate are always earger to assist.  The AI Coach is simple for our users to learn and easy to navigate.  AI Coach is a easy to use training tool for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

Sometimes the AI can be slow to learn when new stories are created and the end user has to say the same thing several times in order to progress throught the story.  The staff at Zenerate are always helpful and understanding when this occurs.

There is not a problem.  Zenerate is currently working with us to create call effectiveness stories which will lead to our agents generating more revenue for the organization.

The most helpful thing is that it gives our agents a real time simulation at how to best serve our customers and clients to our exact liking. When we look back at our training and developing prior to Ai Coach, it is amazing how much more prepared our agents are now right out of training.

At first the utterence proofing of new stories was time consuming, but once our testers became more acclimated with the process it was smooth.

I would like the product to be able to link to our internal test accounts to make the story match fully how our reps would actually take a call. With that being said, we love the product and the capibility we have

amazing service from the company help every step of the way, ai is immersive once you get used to the back and forth. works across all customer interacting departments.

can only handle one thought/question at a time. needs multiple voices so it feels less like the same call every time, we solved for this by having volunteers record audio for us. could be built into app?

The tool allows users to practice in a space and work to build skills and confidence to manage calls with customers.  The rules within the call ensure comapny strategy is met as well.

Nothing - I am excited to contiue building our story library within the tool and enhancing our new hire curriculum as well as options for coaching/mentoring tenured agents.

**What do you like best about Zenarate?**

I like the guided and unguided features the best. It allows our agents to practice with help first and once they are comfortable they can practice on their own.

**What do you dislike about Zenarate?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. It's an easy tool to use and Zenarate provides great support.

**What problems is Zenarate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool allows our agents to practice a role play all at the same time, without the trainer taking hours to do a role play one at a time with a class of 10 plus new hires.
