The team are actively working on improvements all the time, listening to customers fully. The platform contains a lot of great features for small to medium and likely even larger businesses, (we are a small business), previously I used Xero payroll but Zelt is much cleaner and more simply. It also has a bulk payment we can use our revolut on so that it's one button to pay all employees, and the HMRC. The platform has great full HR features including onboarding, storing all related employee documents, time management including holidays etc, and annual reviews, it's a great HR platform. The support provided when we did encounter any issues (often by my own making) was phenomenal, quick responses and resolutions, even video calls to guide me through where I had made the error and how to rectify. 100% recommend, and this review is not endorsed at all by Zelt. **What do you dislike about Zelt?** I cannot really give any dislikes about the product or support, it has saved me time and effort. **What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zelt helps speed up payroll, and unifies with the time management and should you wish to use it, the MDM software. E.g. entering unpaid leave or paternity leave in the absence section doesn't pull through into salaries.
