Zelt is a great platform, I really like the number and quality of features including device management, absence tracking and integrations (slack etc.).

I often have questions and the team are great at answering them and assisting me, nothing is ever too much trouble.

I've been using zelt for almost a year now, and have to say that I am very impressed. The team are actively working on improvements all the time, listening to customers fully.

The platform contains a lot of great features for small to medium and likely even larger businesses, (we are a small business), previously I used Xero payroll but Zelt is much cleaner and more simply. It also has a bulk payment we can use our revolut on so that it's one button to pay all employees, and the HMRC.

The platform has great full HR features including onboarding, storing all related employee documents, time management including holidays etc, and annual reviews, it's a great HR platform.

The support provided when we did encounter any issues (often by my own making) was phenomenal, quick responses and resolutions, even video calls to guide me through where I had made the error and how to rectify.

I was using Success Factors for 2 years before Zelt and this is a much smoother and user-friendly experience to navigate the platform. It was easy to get set-up on my profile, maybe 5-10 minutes max. Overall very pleased with the experience so far and had some good welcome emails since signing up through my company. I like straight away I get to see the different functionality and dashboards for annual leave, what I have, what's left and also what's happening in the upcoming month for any birthdays, anniversaries for my colleagues. As of yet to find any. However, if I base my experience off of my onboarding so far then I'm sure my questions / queries will be asked in quick time. The service that the customer support team provide is amazing. They will jump on any problem as quick as possible and have never been unable to solve a problem that we've had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That the salary module does not automatically calculate a number of fields that are elsewhere in Zelt.

E.g. entering unpaid leave or paternity leave in the absence section doesn't pull through into salaries. Similarily the unused holiday owed to a leaver is calculated in one module but then doesn't flow through into salaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zelt is unlike other HR systems I've used before. Using Zelt reminds me of working with some of my favourite clients - they listen, they care and they get stuff done.

It's really easy platform to navigate around but any problems and the support is quick. They are really open to future developments of the platform to make it as good as it can be which would be great to see to increase the number of features they have (and therefore I can recommend to more clients). The MDM security isn't quite where I'd like it to be yet. It would be great to see Zelt work with Apple for auto enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zelt is particularly useful for managing our people function, from onboarding to payroll; they are also great for Device Management. We use them to manage all our devices, and this function is pivotal for our growth. Customer Service is great and the system is easy to implement for managers and use for site teams. They are great, as they are growing they are reacive to changing systems for us, sometimes developmental points and speed of these can be the only issue. But generally very happy with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
