Prior to joining Zelt, we used a number of different systems which meant I had to log into these separately or ask one of the team for help. With Zelt, everything is centralised in one location, meaning I can find what I am looking for without bothering my team. It's easy to use for the end user, handles all of our onboarding needs well, and their customer support is genuinely stellar. There have been multiple instances where I've wanted to do something that wasn't fully supported by Zelt and their support would always find a solid workaround or informed me that what I wanted was already on their roadmap. **What do you dislike about Zelt?** Really not much to dislike! Like I said, even when I can't find a specific feature immediately, their support is always happy to help – and does so very quickly! **What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary ways we use Zelt are to a) structure our onboarding process for new employees and b) to use the PTO functionality. The ability to sync it with my calendar is a nice addition too. It's very intuitive so I've not needed to ask for support at all, which is a nice surprise as I need to use Zelt multiple times a week. **What do you dislike about Zelt?** The webapp feels a lot easy to use than the mobile app. It might be user error on my side but the mobile app feels a bit harder it use. **What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making handling leave requests a lot easier. As Product Manager, it helps me to plan sprints based on my projected team capacity so it's a lot easier to set expectations for stakeholders. We built customised onboarding flows for different regions and used templates for contract signing (and more). The ability to do it all in one place is exactly what we were looking for, rather than relying on multiple platforms and email communication. **What do you dislike about Zelt?** The template functionality was recently updated, but we were not informed about it and only discovered the changed during a CSM call. Additionally, being able to increase/decrease pension contributions so easily is great. **What do you dislike about Zelt?** The Pension feature is amazing, however, I've come across a lot of articles on how default investments in workplace pensions are really poor, so I'd love to be able to see where my workplace pension is invested and have the option to change where it's invested. **What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timekeeping of holiday allowance, benefitting me because I can refer back to it any time. Keeping my payslip in one place, removing jargon from it and cutting to the point. As the sole person overlooking HR, I find the platform super intuitive, especially when managing payroll, onboarding, and time-off requests. The centralised system allows for real-time updates and automates several tedious tasks that used to take a lot of manual effort. The integration with other tools we use, such as Google and Slack, means that communication and workflow are uninterrupted. I'm also a fan of the responsive customer support team, who are always available to assist with any question I have **What do you dislike about Zelt?** There could be a bit more flexibility in the reporting features, though the support team is always helpful in providing workarounds. **What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zelt helps us by automating many of our day-to-day HR tasks. We use it for managing employee onboarding, holiday tracking, device management and payroll. The flexibility it offers in managing different HR needs in one place has reduced manual errors and saved me a lot of time. Zelt’s payroll features helps us make payments on time, reducing employee queries. The fact that the platform integrates easily with Slack and Google keeps our workflows efficient and our team in sync. The overall benefit is a more streamlined, error-free HR process. ### 50.
