We were looking for an HR system that could handle all our core HR needs—like onboarding, training, and task management—while also offering flexibility with time tracking and holiday management. With employees in multiple countries, it was essential to have a system that could customise time-off policies according to various local laws. Zelt’s highly customizable policies and global public holiday calendars have made this so much easier for us. Additionally, we have employees who need to log hours worked on different patterns. Previously, we had to manage this manually and then upload it to our payroll, which was a headache. Zelt has solved this issue, allowing us to log hours directly and push them into payroll seamlessly.
