The commenting features allow Board members to have input ahead of the Board meeting which helps the team prepare and makes the meeting more focused on value-add conversations instead of just catching everyone up. The export to pdf still leaves some features to be desired. Many investors still require a hard copy and need the pdf to acheive this. I would prefer to see more formatting options on how the pdf is created. I would also like to see a few more formatting options in the content creation, but the simplification is also a benefit. Instead of having to compile each person's section of the board deck, and then painstakingly update it when little changes occur, everyone can just add their info and make changes as needed!
