What do you dislike about Zebra Workcloud Timekeeping?

We are currently in the process of implementing Reflexis Time and Attendance. What I've learned in the configuration of the product is that there is quite a bit more than you might think to get it fully configured. My advice to Reflexis would be to take the learnings from ours and other customers' implementations and create a more "standard" set of rules for each state based on their laws. We are in California and the rules for labor are quite daunting and honestly the software wasn't ready for it. We are working through issues with Reflexis, though, and the team there has been very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zebra Workcloud Timekeeping:

I would recommend that during the discussions you have with the sales team, ask for someone from the implementation team to weigh in on where the product is with the state labor laws in the states where you do business. Additionally, vet the products ability to handle your operations model (24 hours versus shorter hours, single coverage versus multiple employee coverage, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
