Reflexis Workforce Manager generates accurate labor budgets, forecasts, schedules, and reports, all while factoring in variables such as labor laws, employee skills and preferences, customer traffic patterns, and store workloads. With Reflexis Workforce Manager, retailers can mitigate the risk associated with labor scheduling and create real-time visibility into customer traffic patterns. It is bit costlier so it is not affordable to small companies. It is also not user friendly on many software which leads not to allow any changes from home apart from office.Customization is also difficult in this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has analytical features in consideration of labor laws customer traffic pattern which can pull all the data and helps to forecast and generate business trends.The main problem this software is solving is of generation of schedule of the employee not only generation but also it can be seen by particular employee so communication also becomes easy. What do you like best about Zebra Workcloud Scheduling?

I really enjoy the app, it makes viewing our schedule much easier and it is easier to request time off. The website is relatively easy to use and the training for both was easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zebra Workcloud Scheduling?

the features on the app could be better, it kind of seems like an old version. The website is very helpful but a little difficult to find the things you need, as alot of stuff is hidden between a couple spots to click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If they don't already have a scheduling system that has an app, they should definitely use this because it makes it much easier for everyone to switch shifts or pick up more shifts or even just to view the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
