It is helping is with recruiting new associates. ### 6. The benefits are pay per day if you would like but beware of the fees as they will add up. ### 10. They essentially flipped a switch, and we sent out their customizable promotional communication to employees. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** Nothing about the service. We can't really promote it to our variable-hour new hires until they've had a couple of payroll cycles, so its not part of our onboarding forms. This means we have to consciously remember to send out communications later to them. **Recommendations to others considering ZayZoon:** ZayZoon was the only program looked into that didn't require a payroll feed of every employee in our system; it only requires the payroll data of those enrolled. Our executives were happy and much more comfortable with that. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** While we don't have a majority of employees participating, those who are enrolled have used the service multiple times. That's a "feel good" for us. ### 13. Initial rollout went smoothly and ongoing support has been excellent. Though issues are rare, they are nearly always due to employees entering incorrect verification information during initial account setup. From an operations standpoint, the Zayzoon API automates the entire process, from setting up the employee draw on earned wages to the repayment through the payroll deduction. Our clients love the system -- it costs them nothing; provides a benefit that can promote employee retention, plus, the employer is never “on the hook” for wages advanced, even when the employee leaves with an outstanding balance. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** Our client's employees have access to wages earned before payday. There are NO dislikes about this program. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZayZoon is an ancillary product that generates revenue with very little effort. It also adds value to the service we provide, which helps with client retention. ### 15. ZayZoon is a wonderful option for our employees.
