It's in the employee's hands. Once ZayZoon is set up and rolled out to the employees we (payroll and HR) have nothing more to do with it. It's all set up through ZayZoon's app and the employees. Getting staff comfortable with it, the name is non-traditional (silly) and that makes some people uncomfortable when dealing with finances. Some small concerns about staff getting themselves deeper and deeper into paycheck holes though so far that hasn't happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We implemented Zayzoon for our employees through our payroll processing company. The activation was very easy, and the employees that have used it found it very easy to take out funds and it took it directly off their payroll without me having to do anything... it was great! The best parts about Zayzoon are that it helps out our employees when they truly need it! It's been a blessing to be able to seemlessly get our employees the money they've earned when they need it. ZayZoon is a great resource for employees. Feedback from participating employees has been 100% positive. From an administrative standpoint, the steps to implementing ZayZoon were very straightforward. I appreciate the check-ins and follow-ups from our ZayZoon support team, as well.
