ZayZoon Pros and Cons

Zayzoon for an employer was extremely easy to implement and roll out. It has been convenient for our employees to have quicker access to their paychecks and not have to miss a day of work due to not having gas, or needing to go pay a bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was automatically added to our HRIS/employee portals. HR dept was super swamped at the time, and many employees were using it before we realized it was even being offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have over 100 employees, 20 signed up and there were 202 advances last quarter! In this economy especially, it's so helpful - cars broke down, air conditioners went out- you name it- they needed it. AND AT NO COST to employer! A WIN-WIN. It used to take 3 signatures for pay advance approvals- manager, accounting, general manager and no privacy for employee as they always had to justify their request. Love that ZayZoon is something free to us that we can offer additionally to our employees. Not all employees are interested in using ZayZoon, but those that are (particularly the younger crowd) are loving it and several have even used it multiple times already. Makes it easy for them to get a little bit of extra cash before payday. And we love that it was so easy to integrate with payroll! It was very easy to set up! I love that ZayZoon takes over the extending pay advances when employees need that extra to make it. I love that they track it and withhold from the employees check automatically. I don't have to do anything. Jolene stepped in to give me a hand in resolving one of our employees problems getting signed up after days of him trying she offered to call him for me. I was like yes pleaseeeeee she did and the employee was thrilled.

As a user I love how consistent funds are available to me and how easily my funds can be deducted straight from payroll without too crazy of an admin fee.

ZayZoon is especially helpful to employees who may be stretched from payche to paycheck. Sometimes they may need cash for transportation, gas or groceries. This helps them make ends meet without a lot of the fees associated with payday lenders. I'm glad I was not burdened with any of the backend integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
