**What do you like best about Zaui Tour?**

I like that Zaui allows my company to have online bookings pay directly through the website instead of just holding payment as it confused guests when we needed to take payment at the time of the tour and explain that their credit card was just used to hold the spot and wasn't charged.

**What do you dislike about Zaui Tour?**

I find it frustrating making refunds or that if you accidentally cancel a booking you're unable to reinstate it.

**What problems is Zaui Tour solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer a shuttle service for guests going on our tours and if pick ups are processed correctly, zaui is simple for printing a list of the pickups.

Zaui support does work to fix glitches fairly quickly when they happen.

Zaui seems to be a bit behind the times, or limited in the capability with the reservations system.
