**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

It is easy to set up. It is easy to learn. Zapscale helped us bring all our customer data in one place. It gives us deep insight into all our customers. Zapscale sits at the core of our CS tool-stack.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

As of now, we are unable to track our Slack communications. We expect the integration to happen very soon.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in giving us visibility on our customers and allows us to engage more efficiently. It has helped us deliver better retention.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

The Navigation of the Tool is the best in the market. The UI is intuitive which makes it easy to use. I have all my customer data in one place which helps me engage with them proactively.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

Nothing stands out at the movement, but it would be great if we could conduct CSAT survey.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are addressing our day to day operations, customer engagements, business data tracking and business trends. Its solving CS and Business Problems.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

In my opinion, ZapScale shines as one of the best customer success software options available today for early-stage startups. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to use, even for someone like me who is new to the platform. Compared to its competitors, ZapScale offers all the necessary features for customers at every tier, making it a versatile tool suitable for businesses of all sizes. What stands out the most is its affordability, providing exceptional value for its price point. I'm running a small startup, and I find ZapScale's user-friendly interface and robust feature to be an excellent choice for improving customer success and growing my business.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

not something i dislike but a iOS and Android version of the product would be a great addition for those on the go situations where you'd still like to be in touch with your business.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until now, our satisfaction with the insights provided by ZapScale has been exceptional. With its help, we have effectively identified and addressed potential customer issues, ensuring consistent value delivery through our product, moreso information and metrics are more democratised and dependancy on iternal stakeholders for data and insights is minimal now.

ZapScale has been exceptional in forecasting churn and promoting upsells, significantly enhancing NRR and GRR. It's user-friendly and the team adores it. An excellent resource for customer success.

ZapScale has helped us move our CS to the next level by giving us visibility & analysis of our customer data. The support  is really prompt and solutions are given immediately.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

I need a place to store all my documents. It's a feature which they are going to introduce.

We are now able to act on our customer's needs proactively. This has helped us in improving our customer experience.

Since they only have a desktop version, I can use ZapScale only at the office.

Because of ZapScale, we have moved to a more data-driven Customer Success approach. Our processes are more streamlined, and we have set up many repeatable tasks in automation.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

The product needs customization for higher usability against the current processes. This demands initial integration efforts.

NPS tracking is one of the key features that's missing. The claim to have it in their PD roadmap.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to get the right insights to bring down our higher churn rate impacting our overall growth.
There are interesting feature that not only help get all the customer information in one place but also help spot the cutomers who needs attention.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

Super-easy 1-day onboarding to get the data from:
1. Our SaaS product usage
2. Our ticketing app
3. Our billing and subscription app
4. Our email app
to get 40+ pre-built KPI driven health metric on each customer and each user to
understand their health in detail.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

Certain far-sighted features like mass-mailing to clients do not work completely in ZapScale as of now. However, currently, it is not an absolute necessity for us.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZapScale allows complete visibility on the customers’ portfolio by collating product usage and other information from external systems. Easy to set-up playbooks help the CSMs to
structure and prioritise key CS tasks.

1) A complete 360-degree view of our customer
2) Timely alerts of customer activity through automated playbooks
3) Easy management of daily CS tasks and activities

It would have been really helpful to have a mobile version of the tool since I have a travelling role.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important part is that the power of data is now available in the CSM's hands. This means that we don't need to depend on other departments and we can proactively address customer success issues.

Not much to comment at this point. But im sure the tool will be adding many features since they are constantly evolving

ZapScale is where we store all our customer data. It gives us deep insights into our customers with health analysis and other necessary business metrics. Since ZapScale our efficiency and performance with our customers have improved drastically.

It gives me all the customer data and analytics that i need, when i need. Zapscale has helped us digitise our Customer Success operations.

Can't think of anything right now. It has helped us upgraded our customer service.

One of the best parts was that the onboarding process just took one day, and we could see the customer data the very next day.

Some essential features are still missing like emailing the cutomers, etc.

Zapscale gives us a holistic view of all customer data, so as a CS team, we feel more in control.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

The thing that surprised me the most was that we were able to onboard ZapScale in just one day. I could actually see all my customer data the second day. We saved so much time and effort.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

Though we can replicate our earlier data tracking system (ie Excel), since ZS doesn't cover NPS as of now, we do miss the metrics of customer evaluation (to be honest I can live without NPS tracking).

Before ZapScale we didn’t have clear visibility of our customers. Now we can keep track of them and take action immediately when needed.
Their health tracking feature & playbooks to trigger action is the most impressive.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

It’s a new software so there are some features that are missing like running an NPS campaign but those are not deal breakers for us. But since it's new they are updating and adding features at a very fast pace
