"Zapier Makes Email Campaign Automation Simple, Fast, and Seamlessly Connected"
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I like best about Zapier is how it makes automation simple and accessible, helping teams save time and work smarter without needing deep technical skills. I also appreciate how it connects so many tools together. When slightly tweaking my flows during the testing phase, I see the change immediately; there is no lag from Zapier's backend. It just makes the implementation and integration easier to create a smooth workflow. So much so, I applied to work as an Automation Strategist when it was available. Even though there was no offer, I hope to get the opportunity to work with such a great company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Since my small business clients are not tech-savvy, they would need a plan that has customer support. As a consultant, the only con is the price categories, according to my past clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical, Powerful Automation That Feels Like an Extra Pair of Hands from Safdar"
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I really like about Zapier is how practical it feels once you actually start using it.

For me, it clicked when I used it to automate hiring interns on our website. Before that, everything was manual. People would apply, I’d check emails, move data around, send responses, it was messy and honestly kind of draining. With Zapier, I connected the form on our site to the rest of the workflow using APIs, so now when someone applies, it automatically captures their info, organizes it, and even triggers follow ups. It feels like the whole pipeline just runs on its own.

That’s the part I like most. It’s not just automation for the sake of it, it actually removes real friction from your day.

Also, once you go a bit deeper, the tools are actually pretty powerful. You can plug into APIs, structure data, and build workflows that feel more like systems than simple automations.

And their Zapier AI is honestly kind of wild. It helps you build things faster and even handles parts of the logic for you, so you’re not stuck figuring out every step manually.

Overall, it just feels like having an extra pair of hands quietly handling things in the background while you focus on the important stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

What I dislike about Zapier is that it gets expensive pretty quickly once you actually start using it seriously.

At first it feels great and simple, but as your workflows grow and more things start running automatically, you realize every little action counts as a task, and the cost adds up fast. So the more useful it becomes, the more you end up paying.

Also, once you try to build more advanced workflows, it can get a bit messy. Things that seem simple in your head sometimes require multiple steps or workarounds, and debugging those flows can be frustrating. Like advanced workflows with multiple agents and decision trees like what Langgraph can handle needs to be incorporated, but still a W platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Low-Code Automations and a Simplified All-in-One Zapier Subscription"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I really appreciate how Zapier makes setting up its different products easy to understand. Most of the time, little to no coding knowledge is needed, which expands the number of people at Koddi who can use Zapier’s products. I also like their recent change where a single subscription cost covers all of the products in their offering, and that made it much easier for us to decide to keep our Zapier subscription. They also are always adding connections to their program, and improving on connections that already exist. Even subscribing to their blog has been helpful in determining how to go about regular business use cases, and provides a valuable insight into the possibilities of the Zapier product as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I believe there should be a way to configure reusable Zaps or mini-Zaps across our Zapier ecosystem, so we don’t have to rebuild the same three or four steps each time—especially the steps required to set up case assignments in our automations. That said, they’ve recently released “sub-zaps” in beta, and I’ll be actively testing them to see whether this feature solves the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Saves Me Time with Reliable, User-Friendly Automations!"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has saved me a ton of time and sanity! I'm a one-person marketing department for a company with 7 locations, 100+ employees and 650+ clients. I have a lot on my plate, and Zapier has helped me set up automations for things that I otherwise wouldn't be able to keep track of. The most helpful integration is with Google Ads, specifically for transferring over information from form completions into my CRM. It's super user-friendly and easy to set up, and I find the "duplicate zap" feature to be especially helpful as I often need to run the same automations for multiple campaigns. It's very reliable and I rarely encounter technical issues with it, but if I ever have questions or need assistance their customer service team is really helpful and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The main thing I dislike about Zapier is that, while there are SO many platforms and softwares that it integrates with, the specific CRM I use (Intellikids) has very limited integration capabilities. The things I'm able to use Zapier for are extremely helpful, but I have encountered a few situations where the integration I'm looking for (from one software/platform into my CRM) isn't possible. I'm using a Zap that was created by the CRM company though, so I think this issue lies more with them than with Zapier. I'm not sure what the process was for the CRM to create their Zap integration, but perhaps Zapier could offer more support to companies making their own integrations? "Zapier Makes Scalable Automation and AI Experimentation Easy"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier is one of the most practical tools for getting work done at scale. As a marketer, I use it to connect data sources, trigger real-time alerts across communication platforms, and streamline workflows that would otherwise require engineering support. More recently, it has become a key layer in supporting our AI-driven initiatives, enabling faster experimentation and operational efficiency without adding complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Zapier’s UI has become increasingly complex as new features have been added, which can make onboarding and navigation unintuitive at times. There’s a learning curve to understanding how different components fit together, especially for newer users. Once you’re familiar, it’s powerful, but the initial experience could be streamlined. I’d like to see more emphasis on user testing and simplification of core workflows to reduce friction and help users get to value faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy No-Code Automations, but Pricing Hold It Back"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier's drag and-drop workflow builder makes it easy to connect apps without touching code, which has saved real time on repetitive tasks. The integration library is massive, most tools we use day to day are supported out of the box. Performance is generally reliable once workflows are running, though occasionally a zap will need a manual trigger to get back on track. The UI is clean and intuitive, making onboarding new users straightforward. On the AI side, the newer automation suggestions are a nice touch, though still maturing. My main gripe is pricing, as your workflow complexity grows, so does the cost, and it can add up fast. Overall a solid platform that delivers ROI for most teams, just keep an eye on your task usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Pricing is the biggest pain point, task limits scale up quickly and you can find yourself bumping against your plan before you know it. Occasionally a zap will silently fail without a clear error message, making troubleshooting more time-consuming than it should be. The AI features feel more like a work in progress than a polished tool. Support response times can be slow on lower-tier plans, and the help documentation, while extensive, isn't always easy to navigate. For teams with advanced automation needs, the cost-to-value ratio starts to slip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation For Two Small Business Owners with Other Full Time Jobs"
What do you like best about Zapier?

It helps automate my business so that I can spend more time on what matters. I really appreciate the ability to test things out to ensure it's working well. I use the integrate with Honeybook, ClickUp, and Google Sheets frequently. I have no issues with performance and pricing is fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

It's not necessarily super intuitive as a user interface. I use Relay as well and prefer that more for how easy and intuitive it is to use as a non-tech person. I find Relay's AI interface easier to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier is a Game Changer for Real Estate Agents"
What do you like best about Zapier?

That it's intuitive and visually appealing. For me, it's important to be able to see flows visually and Zapier makes that easy - like a puzzle. Copilot is also a great tool for when I'm lazy, and the amount of integrations and apps it can connect to is very good. I recently automated it to add my new TypeForm leads to my CRM and no matter how many leads it gets, it does not lag or fail and they are quickly added to my to-do list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I don't think there are many downsides. I use the free version of it, and arguably at times I would like to have a few more steps included in the free version, but it's not a major setback. I would say, for some beginners, it can be a little cryptic if they don't onboard properly (most don't), so they may need some more help or they may give up on the product too soon. I personally have a coding background so I understand the flow, but I have had discerning opinions on how the language is used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So Many Possibilities—Excited to Automate My Piano Studio"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Honestly, it feels like it has so many possibilities, and I’ve only scratched the surface. I’m not techy at all, and I’ve only just started researching what it can do. As my business grows, I think I’ll use it more to automate tasks in my piano studio. I stumbled upon it through MyMusicStaff.com. Right now, I just have it set up to respond automatically to inquiries, and I’m not confident I’ve done it right. Still, I’m excited to dig in and figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The interface feels a little overwhelming to me. I think it could be more user-friendly overall. That said, I’ve noticed it has become easier to use since I first tried it. Still, the pages feel very busy, and at times it can be a bit too much and ends up feeling overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Makes Connecting Our Services and Automations a Breeze"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has made connecting our services together a breeze. Currently it is being used to manage our drip automation for e-commerce and communications. Piping people into the correct streams on our email marketing platform. We are currently hoping to implement it into our Sales stream as well with our CRM as we grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The biggest issue we have noticed with Zapier is the pricing model. While we appreciate the pricing structure, we believe there should be a price tier in-between the Free and the Professional tier. This would allow perhaps a limited number of "steps" and a collection of premium apps to help startups like ourselves to benefit a bit more. Currently the jump from Free to $29.99/month ($19.99/month paid annually) is a bit steep for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
