On top of that, the product support needs improvement as the response time is often slow, seemingly because it is only located in the US. MAPS provide an all-round coverage on mobile application but there scopes for coverage and innovation in app shielding and risk runtime protection. Apart from some minor and negligible turndowns there is no major cons as such.
