After being a customer for many years I have received a request for verification stating that I need to upload a copy of my passport and until I do none of my numbers are functioning and balance can't be topped up.

I have completed verification in a timely manner, but account is still offline. During this period none of the incoming phone calls are routing to our numbers.

I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and never had any issues with your service.

What's going on and why you make it impossible to use the service during the verification process?

I am also especially concerned with the number expiring soon that we are unable to top up balance for .

If it expires - how can we get this number back?

We have invested our advertising budget into this and can't understand how such business practices can be the thing of today without regard to customer's needs, especially in the busiest time of the retail sales season !

Since its inception, the PBX is so unweidly and requires an IT guy in house to deal with it - or requires tech support from Zadarma to help me configure it - and Zadarma flat out has the worst possible customer support and tech support of any entity on planet earth as far as my exprience has proven even to this very day. Feedback is gratitude. The possibilities of this service saved me as a business beginner. The service was recommended by friends who have been using Zadarma for more than 3 years. I am engaged in online sales, the team consists of a couple of operators who communicate with customers. I began to notice that there were more missed calls than successful answers in the statistics. First, I set up CRM - the fact that it is free, a separate help in the development of my own business. It has become easier to understand which customers have several purchases and which are newbies. Then I read on their blog about conversation analytics, decided to try it - that's where my problem was found. It turns out that one of the operators allowed himself to violate the tone of voice of the company, which led to the creation of a negative opinion about my business. I heartily recommend it. There was a need to quickly deploy multi-channel communications that are available on mobile phones. The Zadarma service turned out to be the most adequate in terms of cost, quality and range of services provided. I must admit, there was a bit of effort needed to set it up. As I'm unfamiliar with this sort of thing, the step-by-step guide was a little different to the actual setup.
