**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I love using Neon CRM for storing relationship data and historical context os our organization's stakelholders. I like that it's intuitive to use and helps to build capacity through its limited automation systems. We also leverage the integration of the database with the Neon Website functionality. We are in the very early phases of beginning to truly understand the depth of the tool. Its truly helpful in helping us make informed decisions through its well built out dashboard that pulls data from the database in respect to lapsed donors, retention and more building. The Neon Team consistently is develops and refines the platforms capabilities ensuring that it continues to grow as organizations scale they're fundraising worl.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

There is not much I do not like about Neon CRM. The biggest hurdle in furthering the application of this tool has been building out the backend information of the database. The database truly gives you the ability to build out as you grow. It is a heavy lift for a small organization to buld if your team does not have the knowledge and time to dedicate to the system it will be difficult to apply its usage over time. The system is intricate and complex and can be overwhelming for someone who does not have a background in data systems.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neon just added a new feature to build out donation forms and collect reoccuring gives from 3rd party platforms. This is tremendously helpful in processing thank you and not adding extra work time in data entry on the backend. Once a gift is process on the 3rd party platform you can confirm it on Neons backend. This is beneficial in tightening turnaround times on Thank You acknowledgments and data collection processes.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

NEON makes it easy to track donors, and its flexibility also allows us to engage with our donor base using different metrics. I should also mention the excellent technical support NEON has provided; because of that support, we’ve been able to adapt NEON to our organizational needs. Overall, flexibility, ease of use, and responsive tech support are key.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

At first, what stood out was the huge number of options NEON offers. Over time, though, we were able to narrow in on the key options that fit our organization, without feeling forced into a set framework.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NEON makes it easy to identify lapsed donors and reengage them. It has also provided KPIs that are relevant to our board, so we can clearly show our progress.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I use Neon CRM regularly for membership management. It’s been helpful for handling new member registrations, monitoring renewals, and using workflows to follow up with members whose memberships have lapsed. I also appreciate the member portal, where logged-in members can view other members’ profiles from their accounts. 

I find the customer support good when I need to chat quickly to solve a problem. I also appreciate their new office hours feature, which makes them more accessible for in-depth questions.

My company researched other CRMs, but we determined that Neon CRM is the best fit for us and offers good value because it handles many aspects of a membership society, including membership, events, fundraising, and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

The reporting could use improvement. Right now, I have trouble pulling reports that span all the different sets we use in our work. Some reports only let me use a limited set of search criteria that’s specific to that particular report type. I work with members, but I often need to understand their membership in relation to their event registrations and donations. At times, the reports don’t allow me to access all of that information in one place, so I end up running multiple reports and then comparing them afterward. That extra manual step creates more opportunities for errors in my data analysis.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using Neon CRM for years, so my observations draw on my experience with using the product over time. Neon CRM frequently releases updates to improve the product. Over the past year, several of these updates have addressed reporting issues we were experiencing.

In particular, changes were made to the executive reports that provide an overview of progress within a specific timeframe. Previously, these reports sometimes contained incorrect totals, making it difficult to understand our true progress. The reporting has since been improved, and it’s now a more effective tracking tool for our organization.

I also frequently use the WealthEngine integration. Prior to adding this integration, my organization did not have an accurate estimate of how much our members could donate. Now that we have this integration, I can make informed donation requests with confidence.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I appreciate how Neon CRM solves the problem of being able to track all of our donations and donor contact info in the same area. I also like its integration with other important features like Clickbid, which allows me to import all of our data from our live and silent auction events straight into Neon without duplicating any donor records. The seamless integration with QuickBooks is great as it allows me to upload all of our donations straight into our bank transactions. Even though the initial setup was time-consuming, it was easy and there were many useful guides and trainings that helped us along the way.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

I would love for Neon CRM to add the ability to run an auction within the CRM. The initial setup was time-consuming.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neon CRM tracks all our donations and donor contact info in one place, integrates with Clickbid and QuickBooks, reducing data duplication and facilitating seamless accounting.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

The user interface is easy to navigate, especially if you already know what you’re looking for. Overall, onboarding has been relatively straightforward for our team, and we were able to get started without much trouble. It would be helpful if their were more information buttons next to fields that link to how-to articles in case a user doesn't understand that field's purpose. It would save the time of looking for articles.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

I wish I could send one-time invoices. Our members request invoices for dues payments or other miscellaneous items and I'm forced to use Stripe.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to track a lot more information at a glance about our member organization than we could in the past. There's only so much Airtable can do before it's convoluted. The member dashboards are visually organized in a helpful way.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

Over the past couple years Neon rolled out what they call next generation events (as opposed to legacy events). This platform is cleaner and much more visually appealing compared to the klunky legacy events. For that reason alone we should be using the next gen version. Despite recent meaningful improvements, Neon still has work to do in bringing legacy events functionality to next gen events. Thus, we continue to use legacy events to manage our meetings.

There have been other recent improvements that truly shine. Case in point: native PayPal and Venmo payment processing via Neon Pay. It was incredibly easy to implement, and it gives our members and donors additional reliable methods to send us money.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

A little over two years ago I wrote that the wait for support response was unbearably long. I'm happy to report that the Neon support team now seems to be fully staffed, because turnaround times are considerably faster - on the order of a couple hours. That's a win!

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, we use Neon CRM to maintain accurate records on our 4,000+ members. Secondarily, virtually all donations come to us through the Neon online portal.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

Neon helped us manage and track all our donors, stakeholders, donations, and fundraising campaigns in one portal, which helped us greatly with end-of-the-year communications and donor tracking. There have been new updates to be able to capture donor pledges and refine donation forms to implement when doing specific campaigns. We use NEON CRM daily to capture interest and donations and to track e-newsletter communications, which we integrate into our emails and website.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

If there is an error or something that is not configuring correctly, it is difficult to get on-site or quick customer support; you have to send a chat or email and wait, also needing to provide several screenshots. However, we do not often encounter errors, only when we need to upgrade or edit a survey.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database Management and housing donations and e-communications. Maintaining and managing training regulations and credit hours for grant purposes. Managing and tracking grant submissions and disbursements. It centralizes donor data into one system so organizations can track donations, communication history, and engagement in one place. The platform automates routine processes such as donation receipts, email follow-ups, and event reminders. The system includes dashboards and reports that track donations, campaigns, and engagement trends.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

Neon CRM has been very helpful in keeping various data, updates and documents in one place for several of our funders but also all grants that we have applied for. It has been super helpful in running various reports that help us analyze which funders are new, which have been giving for a while and how much. This platform has also been useful in just giving us the ability to run various types of reports. Lastly, I love the Global settings function. There is a lot to sort through and learn but the fact we even have all that is great.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

I wish the filtering view had more options. I also wish the constituent portal would give us the ability to create a better user experience whether it's your average person going in there or software developers. I also would like to see more options in designing email templates, the ability to be more creative with it.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's given us a single place where we can track individual funding, grants but also organizations that we service. The system is not necessarily set up that way but there are enough options and ways to categorize profiles that we can cater it to our needs. It has also helped keep track of funding campaigns through out the year and communicate with all our constituents from a single platform.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

Neon CRM is more robust than our previous platform and offers many features. We like that it integrates with QuickBooks Online and other programs. We also like that they roll out new features each month and that they allow us to submit suggestions for improvement. They have updated the reports feature, which allows us to access more information. 

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

Transitioning to Neon wasn't as smooth as we had hoped. They helped us import the data, but we had to setup most of the features ourselves. They have been creating a lot of Next Gen features, but they rush them out so they don't have all the functionality of the previous generation. Sometimes they get added later. The dashboard feature has nice looking charts, but much of the data in the system does not link to the charts, so we can't see what we want on them. The more feature we try to use, the more limitations we discover. 

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neon allows us to better segment our donors and define relationships between individuals and businesses. It allows us to better track donations through soft credits. It provides us with advanced reporting.

I appreciate Neon CRM's intuitive nature, which makes it easy to use. The reporting features are where I spend most of my time, and I find them very helpful. I also value the ability to organize by campaign or event to track donations and registrations, communicate with supporters, and produce real-time reports. Overall, it streamlines communication with volunteers, donors, constituents, and supporters effectively.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

Maybe more intuitive workflows and reports can be difficult at times due to certain boundaries. I am just learning workflows but reports and I would like to be more creative with.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

My organization has been using Neon CRM for a couple of years now. During this time we had great support during onboarding and the resources, training, and the continuous development opportunities have been fabulous. There is so much that you are able to do with the CRM. As we continue to grow and change as an organization Neon has been able to flex with us.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

The updated features have much better user interface than the older features and are easier to use. I am excited for more of the features to be updated to be easier to use. The harder to use sections do have tons of functionality if you can learn to utilize them.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am hoping that it is going to decrease my administrative load by having more processes in one place and working with each other. Also by allowing some information to be automated.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I appreciate that they are building out a complete suite for donors, prospects, events, volunteers, etc.  It is so nice to have a software solution that does all the things that I need.  We all know that there is always room for improvement, but I love that the people at Neon listen to our needs and start finding solutions.  The reporting has gotten so much better.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

The volunteer module still needs improvement.  I would like to see a kiosk option for checking in and out rather than time cards.  Also, the ability to print name tags is a necessity for our organization.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neon has assembled a suite of software that functions seamlessly together. The Neon CRM system is an excellent resource for tracking donations and staying connected with our donors. I also value its ability to integrate with our other systems. Thanks to this platform, we have been able to reduce expenses by discontinuing at least three other software solutions previously used for volunteers, donations, events, and memberships. I am also considering the possibility of phasing out Constant Contact in the future.  Finally, I appreciate that I can set up different user permissions so that I can have a volunteer enter donations, saving me time.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

As a Neon CRM customer for more than a decade, I’ve been consistently impressed by how well they stay in tune with what their customers need. Neon also seems to be in a constant state of change, with ongoing improvements that keep the product moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

I can’t say there’s any one thing I dislike about Neon CRM. At times I’m frustrated by processing fees, but that would be the case with any payment gateway. Even so, Neon CRM has gone above and beyond to keep the customer experience efficient, including making changes that streamline donations and route them through a single gateway for easier reporting and stewardship.

From our initial sign-up, Neon CRM has provided a platform that helps us automate donation receipts and thank-you messages, manage our customer database, and glean reports from that information. It has also taken some of the more manual processes off the plate of our administration.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I think Neon CRM is very user-friendly. It has an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface that makes donation management more efficient than many other platforms. The ability to set up automated workflows is especially helpful, as it streamlines repetitive tasks and reduces the risk of human error.

I also find that running reports in Neon is straightforward and flexible. It allows users to quickly generate the data they need, making it easier to track performance, monitor donor activity, and support informed decision-making.

I liked the idea initially that Neon CRM could store our entire database of guests and donors.

We called Neon to cancel our account after working with them for 10 years.  We've been paying them almost $500 a month for that long and really haven't used the software over the last three or four years.  But our website was being hosted by them.  When we tried to cancel, they told us that WE WOULD HAVE TO CONTINUE PAYING FOR THE SOFTWARE FOR 9 MORE MONTHS.  So, after 10 years of being a client, we couldn't just cancel the account.  Our non-profit, which provides musical instruments to kids with life threatening illness, is now $4500 poorer, so that Neon CRM could "stay consistent with our policies across all clients".     I'D TRY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOESN'T TRAP YOU INTO PAYING FOR A FULL YEAR JUST TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED 10 YEARS EARLIER!!!!

I really find the ease of operation with Neon CRM to be a standout feature. The donor management process is fairly intuitive, making it much easier to follow and accomplish tasks. I also appreciate how the software has made the process of recording donations much simpler compared to our previous software, resulting in significant time savings and freeing up our limited staff to do other things. I like that there's very little waiting time to input data, with the 'spinning circle of death' rarely appearing. For data entry, changing details like an address is a simple 'cut 'n paste' process, and recording donations involves straightforward steps. I also enjoy that I can view a member's entire donation history with one click and run a variety of reports for different information needs. Exporting reports to Excel is seamless as well.

There's a good amount of good reporting options. It could be better--but for the most part I can report on everything I need. The latest updates on recurring donors was wonderful. It took a minute to adjust to recent updates but they've all been good. Events could use some work.

Donor reports should be able to include things such as "last donation source" as well as "donation before last"--dates, amounts, campaigns, sources, etc. That would really help my reporting. Reporting "may include" should also recognize spaces after commas, b/c listing without spaces unnatural. Names of couples with different last names is impossible--this is 2026, why isn't this integrated better? User experience is not natural--the ux employee really should be someone who has worked within nonprofit development before and it's pretty clear that they haven't.

The user experience has been slowly improving with the recent updates. I integrated NEON Pay into our end-of-year campaign landing page, and it performs well while keeping all the information secure. I do think the cost could be a bit lower. I’m getting my money’s worth overall, but I’m not using enough of the features to fully take advantage of it. Customer support has genuinely been great throughout. I also haven’t used the AI tools in Neon yet.

Donation acknowledgment templates, along with the other templates, should be easier to use. It would also help if they had their own dedicated hub or central place to find and manage them.

The pricing model is better for our organization, and I also find ease in reporting to be a significant benefit. Having my own support person was really helpful during the setup, and the step-by-step process was useful.

It's a little bit clunky on the patron side. The system emails and letters are a bit rough and not the smooth professional image I try to uphold. Simple things like dates are formatted as 4/2/26 instead of a more formal option like April 2, 2026, but I understand that particular fix is coming. It's a pretty sharp learning curve, but customer support/chat has been really helpful. The data conversion was more challenging; we had to get creative and the IT team had to do some extra merging to help us.

I love being able to have all our data in one place. Having the features of grants, donors, store, tracking letters and emails, all in one place, is proving invaluable. Customer support is always appreciated. They are knowledgeable and professional. Getting started was easy enough, especially with the assistance of the onboarding expert.

The hitches along the way. I love that there are new releases every month, as many of these smaller usability details are being addressed. It's been a year and a half, and I still feel like I need a master's degree in reports to extract the information. It also requires a lot of trial and error to figure out what data to input in the first place for our specific needs.  We knew that QuickBooks wouldn't sync to Neon, but we still wish it could.

I appreciate how user-friendly Neon CRM is. Their customer service is also very responsive, which is incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the automated workflows; they send pledge payment reminders and help communicate to relationship managers when donations are created from their portfolios. We've found that we can accomplish almost all of our needs with Neon CRM, and it doesn't break the bank. Also, Neon CRM is much more user-friendly compared to our previous tool. I would definitely recommend Neon CRM to a friend or colleague.

Workflow limitations are a setback, as I need to schedule automated workflows for pledge reminders 3-6 months in advance due to the large gift amounts. It would also be incredibly helpful to have all reporting lines available for every report. Lastly, I need to be able to apply a pledge payment to a pledge on someone else's account, like when a husband signs the pledge agreement but the payment comes from a check with only his wife's name on it.

I really enjoy the workflows in Neon CRM. Being able to set notifications for myself, like when we might expect an installment, or automatically assigning people to groups based on their attendance at events, is extremely useful. I also think the fundraising tools are excellent; you can have large campaigns with subcampaigns nested within them. It's useful for setting goals as an organization and even being able to visualize it on a progress meter and put it on our website if we choose.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

I think the deduplication tool could use some work, and it is frustrating not being able to delete certain imports. It just doesn't always detect duplicates in the way it should and will flag accounts as duplicates based on the same address when they share an employer. It is extremely frustrating and the biggest drawback that Neon CRM does not have a functioning app. The initial setup was definitely quite the undertaking for my organization.

The customer service team is great and very quick to respond when I have questions. 

There have been lots of improvements recently to the system which has made it much better.

There are lots of steps which need to be completed for setting up things like events and emails, but they're not intuitive or located in the same place. E.g, sending out an event confirmation email for example requires you to set up an email in a completely different part of the system. 


I would like better capabilities for building live dasboards.

NEON is a straightforward and fairly comprehensive CRM. Onboarding and data import was painless, and the tools and reports available to us meet our needs. Pricing is competitive. It recently completed a five-year overhaul which was not without growing pains, but has resulted in much more robust capabilities, especially around donation and event management.

Our experience with the customer service and support side of NEON has strongly improved, though depending on the issue a fix can still take longer than we feel it should. That being said, absolute credit is due for massive strides taken in this area.

Also, the email feature is really convenient for us; my boss and I can work on an email campaign simultaneously, which makes managing email audiences pretty easy and straightforward. We use the email features a lot for membership campaigns and regular newsletters.

Creating constituent records in Neon is both straightforward and efficient, and entering donations is just as simple. 
I also appreciate the ability to design our monthly newsletter and eblasts, choose an audience, send them out, and then review the analytics afterward. 

The Notes section is particularly useful for attaching copies of checks, invoices, profiles, articles, or letters for easy reference in the future.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

The event module feels somewhat clunky, especially when generating a guest report, as both registrants and attendees appear together. This means you have to manually sort through and delete entries to create an accurate guest list. Additionally, when uploading an image for an event, you need to be familiar with sizing JPEGs correctly; otherwise, only part of the image will display. 
Another limitation is the absence of a "spouse" field on constituent records, which makes it impossible to add a spouse’s information—something users of Raisers Edge might expect. It would also be helpful to have the option to store more than one address for a constituent, such as both work and home addresses. 
Reporting - I am looking forward to the new Reporting roll-out and am eager to see what improvements are made. The reporting feature used to be quite straightforward, but recent changes have made it more complicated.  Aso, note that when doing eblasts that the only downfall is that you can't select more than one "type" of audience to send something to and have to do more than one email. (Sending an eblast to government officials, donors, grant funders as the selected audiences, isn't going to happen. Has to be done one at a time, so creating multiple copies of the eblast with unique audiences.)

Neon has enabled us to track both cash and in-kind donations, something we had not done before except occasionally when someone remembered to record them in a spreadsheet. It also makes donor management much easier and more efficient, and provides basic reports like lists of donors and lapsed donors.

The learning curve is very steep. The terminology and language feel different from other tools I’ve used. I’ve also run into several cases where the same output can be changed by fields that have different names, which makes it harder to know which one to use. Support has been responsive (1-3 hours) but very often incorrect. Their solutions are not solving problems.

I still consider myself a relatively new client and I am still learning, and as I continue to get to know the system better and better, I keep finding new ways that are already in the system that I can use to my benefit and advantage. The whole system seems to be very well thought out. It seems like they really looked at the needs of many clients with many different needs and they are focused on accommodating all of them! The system is very rich and very dynamic!

I am a relatively new user and I haven't found much I don't like at this point. Sometimes I don't feel like I can see the bigger picture of everything the system can do. One thing that has been a little challenging is when I am filling out a form and there is a drop down, sometimes there is nothing in the drop down, so I know I need to add things to the drop down, but I have to do some searching to find out where I can add those items. It's not very intuitive and it does not tell me where I need to go to add those items in. I can usually find them, though. It just takes some time.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had our data EVERYWHERE!!!! On paper, in Excel files, in Access databases and FileMaker Pro databases. Neon One is allowing us to put all of that information in one place!! And things that are on paper, I can scan them and upload them to the database in a variety of locations!! This will prove to be very valuable to me and our organization in the future! And I can copy email content and add it as a note in the database. It is really helping us get LOTS of information/communication documented and in one place!! Also, all of the data in the database can be accessed and reported in real time. I used to have to wait for our database to be updated to get the most current/accurate data! Now it is all at my fingertips! And when I update something, my colleagues can see the update real time. When they update something, I can see it real time!

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I have been using Neon since late 2019 for our 501(c)(6) small national organization. The implementation process was excellent, and I felt like our rep was responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, when we have had issues or questions, either our rep or the ticketing system has always been there! 

My absolute favorite feature is the robust reporting. You can build your own reports, including MANY parameters to search by and which data are included in the output. You can save reports and schedule them to be delivered to you or someone else.  You can publish them (password protected or not) to a URL, which has allowed me to build custom reports for different committees, then give them access to the reports, so I don't have to pull the report, download it, then email it to the committee chairs every time they'd like to check in on how their committee is doing. Huge time saver!

The other huge time saver is Workflows. I mean, WOW. We use these automations to approve or deny membership applications, assign regions, and send automated new member notifications to those who need to know.

The event registration feature has been very helpful, we love the Account Notes feature, and it's been amazing to send out a survey whose responses fill members' profiles!

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

We're having some trouble with "duplicate accounts," as a Company account and an Individual account is created for every member. This causes difficulty for the members (when they login to the "wrong" account, they do not have an active membership), as well as obfuscating how long someone has been a member, as they might renew on the Individual account one year and the Company account the next, so complete membership records are divided between two accounts. We have determined most of the problem, but part of it is that the renewal funnel is confusing to members, so they will add themselves as a sub-member, which creates the duplicate Individual account. 

You cannot (1) send invoices for members to pay within NeonCRM, so we are using a 3rd-party solution for that. Nor can you (2) make a credit card surcharge mandatory. It's just not an option. We also wish we could (3) use the new events module, but we are "stuck" on the "legacy events" because it makes zero fiscal sense for us to switch to NeonPay (WAY more expensive than our current processor, even if without surcharging), but I feel like we are missing out on features and that Neon is trying to strong-arm or nickle-and-dime ($199 monthly 3rd-party processor fee) us into switching to NeonPay. It's childish.

Neon is saving a ton of time, and allowing us to access comprehensive, custom reporting.

We are much more efficient, our data is more secure, and we have the ability to do things we were unable to do before, such as better analyze emails, track fundraising campaigns, and link donations to QuickBooks Online.

It can be somewhat complicated and so we don't have many people at our small nonprofit who use it regularly. Also, the survey function is due for an update. We use this frequently and wish it was as up to date as other modules within Neon CRM.

Our organization is raising more funds from donors through being better able to target the donors who are more likely to give. For example, before having the CRM in 2021, we sent out 1,000 appeal letters at the end of the calendar year. Now we send out about 500, and we also email them, and are bringing in more donations.

Once learning the system, it is easy to continue using it. There are so many different functions and connections to do what you want. They receive customer feedback for improvements and are constantly making those improvements. I like the integrations to Quickbooks and MailChimp (others are also available, but those are what I use). Customer support is normally quite responsive and quick. I log in about once a week, but it is constantly doing work in the background.

Some of the features are still clunky to use/ outdated. They are not very intuitive - it takes a bit to understand how everything works and fits together.

Neon CRM has everything all in one place. You can manage donations, memberships, pledges, volunteers, merchandise, and events all in one platform which helps keep constituent profiles up to date and reduces import/export or time to add information to profiles.

The settings are hard to navigate sometimes and it can be a Russian nesting doll of menus to find the thing you want to edit. I often find myself asking, "Where is that email I need to edit? Is it under "Workflows", "Emails", "System Emails", etc.?"

I like the updates to the email interface. The conditional logic on the forms that was just released has been great as well.

Neon is a nice product for nonprofits that don't need a lot of customization.  The layout is fairly intuitive and the support is easily available.

The volunteer module needs some more sophisticated reporting.  We could use some more visibility for our lead volunteers without making them Neon users.  So the lack of share-able reports is a drawback

Our previous system of tracking volunteers was cumbersome and required too much staff time.  The ability for volunteers to select their projects and see what's coming up is a game changer. **What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I appreciate having all the data in one place along with a program that can generate automatic letters, emails, campaigns and numerous reports, self created reports, and manage events with registration in a simple format.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

Creating a new event or campaign is sometimes is a bit confusing. I could use more training in these areas as well as more practice.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow up communication with donors and clients is very helpful especially with automatic thank you letters and emails.

**What do you like best about Neon CRM?**

I use Neon CRM for ticket sales and customer relationships, and I particularly love how quick and easy it is for general admission events. It's great that it holds all of our customers' information, including ticket purchases, donations, and memberships. I really appreciate the ease of looking up customer data and how well the donor management works. Also, the initial setup of Neon CRM was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Neon CRM?**

I wish they had a functional assigned seating module and the ability to sell gift certificates.

**What problems is Neon CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neon CRM makes ticket sales quick and easy for general events and centralizes customer information, including ticket purchases, donations, and memberships.
