As part of our development, we have decided to place acquisition at the heart of our strategy. Processing, organizing, scheduling, and pacing our Outbound activities was the central point. For this, we initially engaged YUZU CORP to create a playbook aimed at capitalizing on the company's commercial knowledge, reducing the integration time for new employees, and also defining our client acquisition mode in Outbound. I lacked a bit of context and a clear vision on the purpose of all the preliminary actions for the integration of Hubspot. But once that was clarified, the process is well structured and above all, the team is extremely responsive to the slightest requests, and that is really very appreciable!
