"Mostly Clear Interface, but Missing Core Features Like Easy Video Editing"

What do you like best about YuJa?

It works, but just enough. The user inferface is mostly clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YuJa?

Many core features are lacking, such as the ability easily edit videos, cut sections, and edit closed captioning. Its API and integrations options also are lacking (at least for the vendors we work with). Performance is also quite slow, with it taking anywhere from minutes to hours for simple edits to re-process before the video can be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YuJa?

What do you like best about YuJa?

Transparency and simplicity as its main elements.

It allows you to create, organize, edit, publish and delete content. It's great for creating educational learning content as it offers direct LTI integration. Attempts are automatically synced to the LMS (Blackboard Grade Center) gradebook. This function is very useful because it can be used for any theory or model to teach online courses through “Blackboard” which is open, flexible and focuses on improving student achievement. Easy to use: You don't need to know how to code to publish and manage dynamic or static content.

It allows you to record and transmit live presentations (audio and video) as well as video editing and then upload them directly to YouTube.

YuJa only supports English language.

Yuja is an excellent means of transmission and capture of online conferences that allows you to record and transmit videos comfortably. Offering direct integration with Zoom, this option can be used to automatically extract zoom recordings and store, edit and share these videos with other members through eClass.
