Youteam has been an excellent partner to help me build a team of 6 developers within only 2-3 months. Their clearly differentiate from individual agencies, as well as other 'platforms /marketplaces' in terms of a) the speed with which they deliver profiles (24h), b) the number of profiles they deliver (up to 10 in each batch), the quality and professionalism with which they handle requests (super professional and a can do mentality). One has to screen for the right agencies to get through Youteam. One can quickly end up with many devs all from different agencies, which adds a lot of admin overhead. Not really a downside of Youteam though, just something to be mindful of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with YouTeam I do not have to do any logistics involved in finding and managing the external resources I am using. They really remove most of the obstacles of contracting external people. Initially access to programmers with a desired skill set - clear background information and references and then over time access to more talent of the same or required calibre. We have been receiving clients from YouTeam for more than three years now. We have worked with our partners from YouTeam on 8 projects so far. These projects included full-cycle digital design services, UX/UI design, branding, etc.
