**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan is tool with no limitations to make a advanced search on internet. The limit is your imagination. I try many experiments just to search one word in a lot of social networks.
The Customer Support is really good people, they always listen you and help in everyting that you need. And they show you how is eay of implementation the tool. I use three time or more per week, always try with different words for publish articles with curious or interesent content related with bots, disinformation, false news, search the hashtags and information about international topics and local.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

The limitation  of download mentions depends on the price.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of bots for make disinformation in social networks like X or Facebook.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

A very simple design and color scheme. When the reporting period comes, you spend up to 8h daily monitoring, tagging and sorting. The UI is very simple on the eyes, doesn't add to the strain and overall comfortable to work with.
On top of that, the smart tagging thing helps discart irrelevant mentions very quickly and there's a very convenient side bar on the right to sort by popular words (very helpful to tag a multiple similar mentions at once!).

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

Language recognition, specifically for cyrilic languages sometimes is not 100% accurate.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brand & Competitor monitoring is super easy and convenient!

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

Since 4Service operates globally, the presence of YouScan accounts with global coverage is definitely an advantage. We have tried various additional features, such as Visual Insights (providing rich image analysis, object and scene recognition), Audience Insights (information about the target audience), and Smart Tags (a feature that helped us quickly process a large amount of information). The analytics are presented in a convenient and informative manner, allowing us to analyze metrics based on multiple factors (sentiment, trends, tags, sources, etc.). We are also very satisfied with the support provided by the YouScan team - they always professionally assist us in finding the best solutions, preparing the right search queries, and setting up topics.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

The insufficient coverage of media (especially global ones) is a drawback, but YouScan is working on adding the necessary sources to the monitoring. Additionally, users can manually add mentions when they cannot find the desired references solely through search queries. At the beginning of information collection, YouScan gathers a large amount of irrelevant information, including advertisements, and it takes time to configure a "clean" stream. However, the Smart Tags feature or automatic settings can assist with this.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our research company, 4Service, has been using the YouScan program for several years. We help our clients improve their service through the work of Mystery Shoppers, as well as by collecting feedback on service quality from various platforms. Both tools complement each other perfectly. Our clients can improve service in all directions: by promptly responding to customer feedback online, analyzing key conversation trends, and tracking digital service metrics.

We like all the tool's monitoring capabilities, and we know that we can rely on the data and analytics when making decisions. We like how the data is organized and how we can create our dashboards and reports.
Another outstanding feature is the AI assistant, which analyzes the data set for us and answers our questions. 
Lastly, we enjoy this partnership because the YouScan team provides exceptional service at all levels and valuable educational content (e.g., articles, webinars, and certification programs).

I don't have anything to add here, we're pretty happy with this choice.

YouScan covers all our monitoring needs: while using it we're always aware of the newest discussiopns of our product or related products, we can easily identify and follow influencers, identify customer needs, market trends, keep an eye on metrics and even find new leads sometimes, though it's not the main use case for the tool.

The amount of data itself and the flexibility of its use, filtering, demonstration, and reporting. Whatever perspective is needed, we can have it and provide the reporting to our client to support our recommendation and strategy with data and monitor progress and results.
We fell in love with Insights Collaboration because its intelligent and accurate conclusions save us a lot of time looking for insights.

We get what we need out of the tool. We don't have any major complaints, but we always give our manager and support team ideas about what else we would like to see in the tool, and YouScan is constantly evolving.

YouScan provides us with valuable information about businesses and audiences of our customers, and their competitors as well. Data is easy to play with, as the system has multiple tools to customize and clean up the massive, build dashboards or download the report. We also enjoy asking a newly introduced AI-assistant Insight Copilot different questions. and his answers are always to the point.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

We can't get some types of information about the audience from the monitoring tools due to the protection of personal data and the limitations on the social media side. We would love more details, but we understand and accept the limitations. Nevertheless, the information we get is very useful.

As we work with our clients, we gather as much information as possible to understand their business and the types of people who could benefit from their products and services. YouScan provides us with this information: shows audience analysis, key customer pain points, overall brand reputation, which helps us find insights and create the best strategy for the customer's business.

Our overall experience with YouScan is positive. We are particularly delighted with the rapid integration capabilities offered by YouScan, notably when integrated with Zendesk. In fact, this swiftness in integration was the primary motivating factor behind our decision to switch to YouScan. Furthermore, the streamlined filtering of the main mention stream has proven to be highly effective and user-friendly, especially in the context of generating precise Excel reports.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

I use Yuscan services for the past two months and I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with their offerings. From the get-go, I was struck by the breadth of their monitoring capabilities. It cover not only online media, also monitor a wide variety of blogpost, forums, reviews, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), etc. 
What really sets Yuscan apart though, is their dedication to customer support. I've reached out a few times with questions and have always received prompt, thorough and friendly responses. It's clear they not only value their customers but are also deeply knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

I have nothing to say. I am very satisfied with capabilities. It's a pity that Youscan does not have television and radio monitoring, this would significantly expand the functionality of their service.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in a medical laboratory and we needed to quickly track customer feedback in order to respond in a timely manner. In manual mode, it took a lot of time and was not efficient. Very often we found discussions that were already in full swing, or that could have been avoided if we reacted in time. In this case Yuscan helped us a lot, we saw that feedback is also left on the forums. We were also able to see posts on social networks where there was no tag company, only the name. The service proactively notifies me when key words or phrases are mentioned, allowing me to respond in a timely manner to any situation. I feel much more aware and ready to act on potential crises or opportunities.
We also use Yuscan to monitor competitors. This gives us the opportunity to find out what topics they communicate about and what channels they use.
The user interface is intuitive, presenting complex data in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Dashboards can be customized to highlight the most relevant metrics for report.

Other software I've used only tells you there's something wrong without highlighting where or what.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan's feature 'Audience Insights' is at the top of my list because it allows us not only to understand how our customers perceive the brand, but also to understand what their other interests are, find opinion leaders and influencers among them. Together with the trends analysis, it gives our marketing team a lot of food for thought.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

Reading comments (e.g. from YouTube) might be more convenient if the comments to one post were assembled together and sorted chronologically.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are always looking for the way to better understand our customers and their needs so that we can give them better product. And we are also always looking for the ideas of how we can attract the audience of our competitors. And YouScan is great at helping us with that.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

The system offers numerous options for customized analytics and reporting. If you take time to properly configure them, you will have a very useful and powerful tool. We also appreciate the clean and simple interface, the mentions processing speed, and the accurate sentiment analysis.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

We sometimes have ideas for improvements, which we usually pass on to the support team. Overall, the system is quite user-friendly. We requested several monitoring sources to be added, as well as some ideas to improve tags organization and custom reports. But nothing major; we're happy with the functionality and interface.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're growing our brand's awareness in the market, so we need an effective tool to monitor online sources and analyze data. With the multiple analytical features, dashboards and custom reports all our team is aware of brand's health and what's going on in the market, even of they are not active system users. Also, the tool helps us keep an eye on our competitor's activities and export data for the reporting.

We use the system primarily for brand monitoring purposes. As our mentions come from different markets, it's very convenient that YouScan now automatically translates mentions from different languages.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

Not a serious complaint, but we would like a feature that lets you create your own notifications on top of the default ones.

The system quickly collects mentions from all over the web, and it also analyzes all the data and provides us with an overall picture and important metrics at any given moment.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

We are satisfied with the coverage of social networks and media, we have a good quality database.
The automatic sentiment analysis feature also works well, allowing us to prioritize negative mentions and proactively mitigating potential reputational risks.
Additionally, we prepare reports on a weekly basis with the assistance of automated exports to Excel and customized dashboards.

We have been a few issues with logging into the system, but we were able to quickly resolve these problems with technical support.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan is an easy-to-use social media listening platform with extensive data coverage. It has a great variety of smart features that help us in brand monitoring - for example, we really like the quality of the sentiment detection, as well as filters that help us quickly find complaints and other negative customer feedback. The pricing is reasonable and flexible, so we can easily say it's worth every penny.

Not a lot to mention but we wish to have more ready-to-use templates in custom dashboards.
