**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan's UI is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a solid coverage of social media sources and online news. 
Slack and WhatsApp integrations are great – we get timely notifications whenever someone mentions us online!
Also, LinkedIn monitoring is super useful.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

Nothing comes to mind, everything is pretty clear and meets the expectations.

YouScan allows us to stay on top of all of our brand mentions, in real-time. We also track mentions of our competitors and general industry discussions, which allows us to join the relevant discussions and boost our brand's online presense and visibility.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan is a neat tool to track our brand mentions on social media and in the news. It's really easy to use. We also like the fact that it can collect reviews from app review platforms, which is super helpful for a software company like ourselves.

Slack integration is nice, too – we don't even need to login to YouScan to check new mentions, as they are being sent to one of our slack channels, in real-time.

No issues found so far! Everything works smoothly

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

What I like most about YouScan is that it is a very comprehensive tool. Additionally, we have been fortunate to have Lina Liashenko advising us, and she has provided excellent service, great customer attention, and is very resourceful. We have been able to verify that YouScan can perform all kinds of analyses, with great ease of sharing with other users.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

It is not an intuitive tool; it is necessary to learn to use it with someone and invest a lot of time to master it.

**What problems is YouScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had to analyze a large number of social profiles, and an analysis that included many months of social listening. YouScan has helped us analyze them all, also being very visual and providing great assistance with their customer service and with the use of Copilot.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

It’s an easy-to-use tool for daily social monitoring. We can quickly receive notifications when our company is mentioned, whether in a positive or negative context, and react accordingly. It is also quite cost-efficient since similar tools on the market might offer the same cost but they lack the functionality YouScan can provide.

Nothing specific to mentions. Overall experience is good.

We can quickly react to emerging and crisis situations our company is involved in. It also helps us have a helicopter view of other infrastructural projects where our competitors are involved.

Clear and simple interface with convenient functionality. Cool specialists, always ready to help. In addition, webinars and meetups are constantly held. I use the Youscan service every day. Plus I really like the fact that you can receive notifications in Telegram

That it was very easy for me to learn and it allows me to be agile in task extraction. Also, support always helped me with all the questions I had.

Sometimes it incorrectly marks the aspects or the category of the type of post that is published, and you have to change it manually.

Yes, the tool did its part by searching for what could be found; however, for certain categories, it is not the most functional as it does not generate enough data.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

Youscan became a fundamental tool both for developing our growth strategy and that of our clients. The ease of use, information filtering and the help of Copilot are important differentials to be able to scale the business without increasing costs in an unfeasible way.
Another fundamental factor is the quality and permanent help for the success of the projects of our Success Manager.
I highly recommend it.

Absolutely nothing, if we need a new feature or think something could be better, it is taken into account and surely, if it is worth it, it will be implemented.

Their TikTok data collection process is best-in-class. The UI/UX is intutiative and requires minimal tranining to get going in the tool. We've really ejoyed using the tool. Love the LLM integreation, it actually works! 

YouScan team is great, support is super responsive. We've had a great overall experience thus far.

Some of the beta tools are still in development, would love to see those fully launched.

Youscan allows us to monitor social networks in a dynamic, personalized, and unlimited way for our needs. It is a great strategic advantage and for decision-making, the concept that Youscan has is very innovative. And the creation of reports completely adjusts to our needs.

And the most relevant thing is that the Youscan team is always concerned about our needs and able to help us at all times. Truly, I have never had so much support from a work team. Congratulations!!

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan allows the building of single-tab dashboards with plenty of widget possibilities. It emphasizes excellent query exploration and filtration options in separate browser tabs as you drill-down. 
 
- Outstanding coverage of overlooked social media sources including Telegram.
- Superior image search capabilities and the best image attribute tagging I have so far seen.
- New author.bio Boolean to find profiles of interest is very useful. 
- Loving the dedupe feature which removes duplicated posts.
- Conscientious, smart, and friendly technical support crew.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

There’s nothing I don’t like.This product does what it advertises itself to do and it does it well. One small thing for review purposes -  I’d like them to include the metadata wihtin the .csv or Excel downloads it offers. This would include things such as Query name and export date range, and the other filters used to segment the downloaded data as a few rows at the top of the worksheet.

YouScan helps us to understand the currents in the cultural conversation that occur across social media, blogs and news sites.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

YouScan impresses with its very attentive service, which has accompanied us very intensively over a long period of time. The software is super intuitive, but it was only through the service that we were able to take full advantage of the software.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

It's great that YouScan has a Copilot interface. Unfortunately, it didn't always work as quickly as it should have for a quick evaluation and an initial overview. There would be room for improvement here in the future.

Very good evaluation of all known social and internet platforms. Good evaluation tools and options within the platform.

**What do you like best about YouScan?**

The ease of search setup, Insights CoPilot is great for understanding the initial lay of the land before you dive deeper into the search; the way the visual analysis and upward trending words are visualised and the ability to edit the word cloud - so simple but so few services have this built in. Also, it's easy to export your findings to multiple formats and change the colours used. 
The search function is also so helpful in understanding the general volume of conversation around a topic and where it's coming from without having to set up a full search.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

I don't really have anything bad to say here, the only thing that it might be nice to see are more chart types available in the dashboard, but there are already more than enough for most uses.

You Scan is a one stop shop when it comes to social listening, as it services all the major platforms. It's easy to do both deep dives into categories but also to do top line searches to understand the shape of a thing.

It saves time and effort by automatically segmenting all users' feedback into various themes and categories. It helps our team quickly and easily understand what customers discuss, particularly when they have issues or questions. The real-time alerts are helpful too – we can spot a rise in negative mentions and address any concerns smoothly.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

I don't have any significant complaints about the tool. However, there's always some space for improvement. For example, having a graph for perceptual mapping would be great.

With YouScan, we're saving a lot of time. Instead of manually searching through reviews, we can now focus more on connecting with our customers and understanding their needs.

YouScan offers everything a enterprise listening player can and much more for a fairer price.  They're client success go above and beyond vs other providers.  Can't fault the tech or their client services.

Not much to mention here, can only name what other providers can't also provide eg LinkedIn, Rumble, Bluesky coverage.

I have not had negative experience working with YouScan so far

Performing time consuming tasks quickly and reliably, enabling me to focus on more advanced analysis as researcher. Offers summary and visualization tools to make the preparation of the final product presentation easier. Ensures ethical data collection, so I do not have to worry about that aspect as researcher.

- a powerful way to make queries, allowing you to add or substract hundreds of words plus with a lot of filters and parameters avoiding irrelevant data
- top notch interface (clean, fast, and well organized), with many filters and automatic tags that helps you a lot when you need to analize or classify thousands of posts
- creating rules for add customs tags or actions it's easy and powerful helps to improve productivity and reduces costs & time, plus the add-ons you can get for expanded functionality (Copilot AI, brand search in images, etc)
- fully customizable dashboards with interactive charts that allows you to show exactly what your brand or client needs to see

I've worked with several Social listening platforms, and YouScan clearly stands out of the crowd 
- one of the most competitive, affordable tool of the market - accessible to freelancer or small agencies, and for the very same level of performance as other tools (i.e. captured data; retrospective search; large scope of social networks), if not better
- Extra value on some channels (like Telegram) overlooked by other SL tools
- the key asset of You Scan is a very ergonomical design, making it quick and efficient to explore the data and share insights with  clients of partners
- Last but not least, an (extremely) reactive and caring Sales team, so that you're never alone in case of questions or extra needs.

Very intuitive and easy to use for every Social Listening analyst, from beginner to expert user, so really no obstacle or downsides. The ability to analyze images is very helpful and may be unique to YouScan.

The platform keeps evolving to incorporate new platforms and technologies, including AI for content discovery.

To be honest, this is the most exceptional support team I've ever encountered - their responses usually come within a maximum of 10 minutes. Hence, I'm confident that while working with Youscan, whenever I have another question about accessing additional data, the response will be very quick.

Furthermore, they provide detailed instructions on how and where to find the specific data you require.

It's truly perfect!

The tool may seem a bit too complex at first glance, but as I said, the support team makes everything so you do not need to dive so deeply into the settings, it is enough to chat with them.

1. Ability to track massive data (including retrospective posts).
2. Opportunity to launch YouScan for needed period, for example, to pay only for 1 needed month, instead of annual monthly fee.
3. Good accounting team, which will contact you for QBR sessions and optimization of your specific account.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

1. It is not only for YouScan but for all other SM monitoring systems: new posts are not displayed in the system immediately, it can take from 1 to several hours (to neutralize the negative, when instant verification and reaction is needed, this is not suitable).
2. Not always correct tracking of post tonality (in order to be sure of positive-negative-neutral tonality for the post or comment, you have to read the post by yourself - you can not rely on automatic system regarding content tonality).

YouScan earns a solid 10 from me for its remarkable user-friendliness and a wealth of filtering options. These filters are incredibly handy, allowing me to precisely select and focus on specific points of interest. Our team uses YouScan for a variety of purposes, such as brand management and classic SML, but my task is business development. I am looking for new leads using a wide topic with mentions from people looking for recommendations of similar services. That's why AI-powered filter categories are critically important, allowing me to effortlessly eliminate promotional content, ensuring we only engage with relevant content from real, interested people. 

As the next steps, we plan to hire even more people for comment responses. With additional resources, we aim to broaden our language and country coverage for inquiries. So far, we've identified 12 promising leads through this tool during just one month of using it. YouScan has proven invaluable, with the potential for further enhancements in the future.

**What do you dislike about YouScan?**

I would appreciate a feature that lets me label responses as "processed" and instantly view the volume of responses transferred to the processed section for the day, categorized by each manager's contribution.
