What do you like best about Breeze ChMS?

I love the ease of using Breeze and the many features that it offers. It was simple to jump right in and begin using the database, which is much more efficient than anything else we tried. The Nursery Check-In works better than the previous option that was costing us extra each month. Scheduling volunteers and sending them a reminder is hassle-free. Breeze offers more features than the competitors, has excellent support, and I would highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breeze ChMS?

It would be helpful if Breeze would include a background check system for our volunteers. Categorizing adults is a bit clunky with the labels given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Breeze ChMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breeze manages all of our membership info, saving us time and stress. Members can update their profiles, keeping information accurate. The check-in feature is simple to use, and we print nursery labels with it. We have Breeze set up so members can see other members' addresses, and with a quick click on the map, get instant driving directions to their home for meetings. (Members can opt-out of this.) The calendar feature allows us to add as much information as we choose. Breeze collaborates with Mail Chimp, solving the problem of membership emails. Breeze is just a great product! What do you like best about Breeze ChMS?

I just wish there was a little more customization of how to pull reports and data. But it is a minor thing I work around Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able to consolidate our online giving to go directly into Breeze. We have a single database for everything so that there is less behind the scenes maintenance. The program is easy to use and the customer service is very efficient, prompt in their response, and friendly. Customer service will actually call you back and are very helpful in troubleshooting. As a small/medium-sized church, Breeze has all the features we need for membership management at an exceptional price. We did lots of research before choosing Breeze, and we are beyond happy with our choice. The migration from our old software platform was seamless. What do you like best about Breeze ChMS?

Easy to use. It does so much and offers so many options for organizing our data and facilitating communication with our church family. A previous program we used was very cumbersome and did not have a user friendly app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few options that are not available - the ability to go to a particular date on the calendar, especially after entering future events - it always goes back to today. Some of the filtering is not as refined as I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS?

Breeze gave us the ability to recognize families that have different last names, and it is amazingly user-friendly. The volunteer scheduling is also great. They also listen to users! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breeze ChMS?

I wish that the directory feature would allow for better formatting from the Breeze program so that you wouldn't have to download it and then clean it up before printing. It would be great to have the ability to see all events and volunteers on one calendar or volunteer sheet, while still allowing for the separate calendars as well. "Only good things to say about Breeze"

What do you like best about Breeze ChMS?

Breeze's customer service representatives are the best. I am in my 60's and the director of a faith-based non-profit. I use a computer daily, but appreciate speaking to a "real" person live when experiencing problems. Not only does Breeze provide this service, but their customer service reps are the most kind AND well informed people I've ever dealt with when it comes to technology.
