Walmart syndication. However it's not turned on yet so can't comment if it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have constant issues with Yotpo 2-3 times / week. Slow loading, I'm talking 15 secs to load.
Below average / limited & outdated software / UI / UX. Lots of features are half-baked / illogical.
Their support is very hit-and-miss.
The knowledge base is not up to date & not detailed enough. Inside the software, it says to do one thing but the guide says to do a different thing..?!!
But I'm stuck with Yotpot cos my company needs it to syndicate the reviews to Walmart.
Otherwise, I'll be looking to move away from it already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work closely with customer succes manager Tal Barak, who really thinks in the best interest of our company. With new ideas we can improve the program every time. There is nothing good about Yotpo. I cannot say anything good about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For weeks we tried to get help to change our account email. Even though we already had a Yotpo account they were unable to transfer reviews to our new account. Even though are on a paying account, their site bot keeps saying we are on a free plan. Their support ticketing system seems broken. We made NO progress. The worst experience I've ever had. Amazing software both for reviews and loyalty programs. Easy to use and to implement and continuously developing new feature. Tal Barak, our customer success manager has been part of our success because he helps us to set all the functionality we would like to. The support that he gave us is incredible. They overcharge and underdeliver. I did not like my experience at all. The best part was moving off the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
YOTPO was a complete disappointment and is not recommended.
The birthday discount feature is a chaotic mess, causing issues with pricing, dates, and customer service.
Support tickets lack basic functionality, and the support portal is a security disaster, they sent me a login as a rep, not a customer, and then just swept it under the rug.
Contribution reports are unreliable. Their team even confirmed this!
Their admin interfaces are a nightmare to navigate. If it was free, the user interface would be terrible. For $$$$ is a joke!
Too many confusing reps.
A dumpster fire of code in the web reviews widget makes matters worse. YOTPO's impact on site speed has been detrimental.
The promised platform synergies are meh.
SMS Bump is a usability disaster.
Meetings with their team are a waste of time.
Other platforms have proven to be far more beneficial, while YOTPO has only added frustration, complexity, and countless hours of troubleshooting.
The overcharge, which makes you think you'll get more. You won't.

That it is everything under one hood - loyalty and referral, reviews and UGC management. Customer support has been great! Easy to use when setting up a campaign (loyalty). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buggy admin often needs reloading severla times to work but its all good in the end Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Excellent review platform that is optimised to best showcase your reviews to your customers. I love the analytics that allows us to see what features people love or comment on the most and showcase these features to our customers.
