Yodeck is super simple to learn and operate. I love that I can throw dashboards up with little to no effort compared to other vendors.

I wish their support was a little bit faster but they were still overall helpful.

Yodeck is allowing us to keep our signage info saved in a secure place.
It also allows for that signage to come right back up after an outage of any kind.

I wish it were easier to add media to a device, especially when I need to push it to multiple devices and set new timing at the same time.

Yodeck allows me to run advertising across multiple businesses. It’s made it much easier to keep each business separate, and to configure and manage everything in a way that’s simple to follow.

Yodeck is easy. It is simple to understand, powerful and solid. I've had multiple systems and multiple customers running it day in and day out. They've all been able to figure it out and put what they want out there. The company constantly continues to update it's content. I have found even more ways to create and capture than is even available. Really, it is just up to your imagination as to how you use it.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

No downside yet. I have tried but nothing seems to not work.

We utiize it in several locations. Mainly, front entrance to the facility, breakrooms, timeclocks and HR. Upcoming events, weather, safety tips, local meterological auto alerts, birthdays, anniversaries and more.

After studying the interface for about a week and half using yodeck, I found it quite intuitive, we recently had to switch softwares due to cost, so i was skeptical at first because we had everything already running, but after contacting customer support, if they can replicate what I needed. not only that they wwere quick communication and understand my process, but also help explore other features that could make my process of displaying more efficient with the other capabilities such as different apps integrated that our old software could not use. 

best feature i enjoyed also before reaching out what the customer support bot was helpful for solving quick issues

The only nitpick that i have to always press push to screens, but thats normal because i'm still troubleshooting all the content that i need to display, would be cool if it was automatic

YODECK is reliable and easy to use. What I really like is that they are expanding the features all the time and constantly develop and improve the user interface. There's a feature/improvement wish list where you can put on your own ideas or vote up improvements/features others have already suggested. Support via e-mail and chat is quite fast and helpful. I don't use external players but the SAMSUNG TIZEN player which is integrated in the screens - which works very well with a few restrictions compared to external hardware players - but you can avoid extra energy and space consuming hardware with this solution...

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The playlist presentation is not always very clear, especially when it's longer it's a little cumbersome to put on new items - but this has improved already with the "Folder View" and that's complaining at a high level - the YODECK platform is developing and improving all the time...

Display information, advertising, news etc. on 12 screens at 6 different locations in the waiting rooms  of medical centers

What do I dislike? Nothing. Honestly of all the choices out there for signage and messaging, I am so glad I chose Yodeck.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple locations and a workforce that spends the majority of their work time out in the field. Having our displays with the Yodeck system running 24/7 our employees can all see the same messaging in whatever location they stop by. In our corporate office too we can have professional and friendly content to be seen by applicants, business partners, and customers. All controlled by me, anywhere I happen to be at the time, as long as there is an internet connection!

Yodeck has proven to be one of the most reliable and intuitive digital signage platforms we've used. As a supermarket chain, we needed a system that could handle multiple screens across departments with minimal effort — and Yodeck delivered.

User-Friendly Dashboard: The interface is clean, easy to use, and quick to learn — even for non-technical staff.

Remote Content Management: We’ve been able to control all our screens from a single dashboard, update content instantly, and schedule promotions smoothly.

Google Sheets Integration: This feature has helped us power some dynamic content (like schedules and product info) with minimal setup.

While Yodeck works well out of the box, there are key areas where the platform could grow — especially for businesses operating in fast-paced, customer-centric environments like ours:

Smart Audience Targeting: We’d love to see integration with IP cameras for content automation based on customer profiles (age, gender, or presence). Other platforms offer this feature — it would be great to have it native in Yodeck.

Dynamic Design Based on Real-Time Data: Imagine being able to connect Google Sheets or an ERP system to a design template — and have product names, prices, and discounts update live. Right now, this takes a lot of manual work. A visual designer with dynamic fields would be a game-changer.

Built-in Support for Regional Use Cases: In Saudi Arabia, stores must pause activity during prayer times. Automating screen transitions to "pre-prayer alerts" and "prayer in progress" visuals is essential. A built-in prayer time module with localized settings would save us from building complex API setups.

These are features that would make Yodeck not just a great signage tool — but the perfect solution for modern retail environments in our region.

Looked easy with a bunch of 1 minute videos and 45 minute webinars. So I purchased 1 full Yodeck box service and setup was a breeze. Equipment came setup for real plug and play. Now I just have to learn how to manage many screens with many different videos. But thats on me as they make it easy with several options.

I have tested the localhost version and now the full yodeck raspberri pi version and its amazing. Nothing bad to say at all.

Mainly solves how to work with many different displays and many different ads. Makes it very easy.

I appreciate the real-time updates, intuitive playlist management, and setup. It's much better than wasting physical paper. I feel like it helps the environment. And guests interact with it more. It's especially helpful with multiple screens, and needing to update them with a simple Push Button is a breeze. Once you've gone through the setup and connected it to Wi-Fi, it's very easy to use.

There is nothing I dislike about Yodeck. It's quite great, and I'm considering using it for personal use at home as a reminder board.

Updating event posters across multiple restaurants is no longer necessary. I can make updates while working from home, and it’s easy to upload content and add users.

The range of different apps available all simple to use.  Every app has a detailed guide on how to use it and get the most from it. It has managed to fulfil the needs I was looking at whilst offering 1 free screen to test everything out to ensure it worked as it should.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

It took a little while to work out how to integrate an app to a layout and adjust it to my style however once you have worked it out it becomes very straight forward.

Some times the app features you want are not in the most obvious of places.

Used in a waiting room to keep guests entertained whilst waiting for an appointment.  Also allows us to provide urgent Information to those waiting to be seen where there are unexpected delays.

Also allows music to be played in the background which helps to cure boredom whilst waiting to be seen

Yodeck has solved the hassle of managing and updating digital signage across multiple locations. Previously, we dealt with clunky interfaces, limited remote access, and complicated content scheduling. With Yodeck, we now have a centralized, cloud-based platform that lets us easily control what’s playing, when, and where—with minimal technical effort.

Yodeck is incredibly easy to set up and use. Within just an hour of receiving the Yodeck players, we had already created a playlist that included a combination of real-time sales information and HR alerts, such as 'Happy Birthday Toni.'

Up to this point, I have found very little to dislike.

Before switching to Yodeck, we relied on mini-PCs to operate our displays. This setup proved to be quite inefficient and demanded ongoing support from our IT team.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck makes it extremely easy to setup display screens. I work with a non-profit and the useability is essential for diverse group of induvial with differing technical ability's to use the software. Implementing and integrating screens with our webpage and photos couldn't be easier. Our screens will be used in our office and at events. Anytime we have issues yodeck is always ready to lend a hand even if you are using the free account.

Somethings could be slightly more polished, Transitions on layouts, Content preloading from external sources. However these are small nitpicks.

As a community health centre in Canada, we’re always looking for low-cost, high-impact tools to improve communication. Yodeck has been a fantastic solution for us, especially since we’re only using one screen and can do so completely free of charge.

The platform is simple to use. Our staff was able to create and schedule content without needing technical training, which made implementation quick and stress-free. It’s been a great way to promote internal programs and keep staff and clients informed in a more engaging way.

We did run into a few issues at the very beginning, but Yodeck’s support team responded immediately with clear, detailed guidance. That level of service, especially on the free plan, is rare and deeply appreciated.

The fact that a Canadian nonprofit like ours can use a professional digital signage platform with no ongoing costs is a huge win. Yodeck has allowed us to modernize how we share information without stretching our already tight budget.

Highly recommended for other community-based organizations looking for an affordable, reliable communication tool.

Like with any online platform, there’s a learning curve. Yodeck does provide walkthroughs and support materials, but for a small organization, especially with a one-person marketing team, it can feel overwhelming to go through it all and figure out how to fully optimise the platform. We’re still not using it to its full capacity simply because there’s only so much time in the day. A simplified quick-start path or more tailored onboarding for small teams would be incredibly helpful.

As a community health centre, we needed an affordable and effective way to share important internal updates and promote our programs to staff and clients in our waiting areas. Before Yodeck, we relied on posters or emails, which often went unnoticed or became outdated quickly.

Yodeck solves this by giving us a centralized, visual way to communicate in real time. We can easily update the screen with program info, reminders, and wellness messages, all without needing to reprint materials or rely on mass emails. It’s helping us build stronger internal engagement, create more visibility for our services, and ultimately support better access to care, all while staying within a $0 budget.

It is a very easy platform to use! You click a button and you can see the content showing almost immediately, which is a nice change from the last platform that we used (and it's much cheaper!). Yodeck is very reliable, and the customer support is amazing! I have had a couple of issues as I have been learning the program, and the customer support has helped explain the simple issue very quickly and kindly!

There is nothing I don't like about YoDeck yet. There was a widget not working a and a screen that was not displaying content, but after talking to support, it was just because I forgot to click a button. Very simple mistake and easy fix.

A previous IT consultant had installed Samsung displays using their built-in MagicInfo software. The cost was hilarious and the software an absolute nightmare from a technical and non-technical perspective.


I evaluated 4 cloud content managers for our stores. Each store has 8 displays showing different content, we have 7 stores across the US. Yodeck was the least expensive, simplest to use for tech and non-tech staff, has a tiny footprint, has had 100% uptime for us in the past 1.5 years, ships on-time and preconfigured with WiFi...this is off the top of my head.


Truly a no-brainer in the cloud content management space and the client was beyond themselves at the cost savings from this one switch.

Early on, the device ship time was erratic. That is a problem of the past.

As a non-profit group, every dollar is valuable to us. We put a lot of effort into gaining subscribers in person, and yodeck has been a great help—especially since we can use it for free. On top of that, the platform is well designed, and the apps and features are very practical. It's easy to install, and we use it daily in the hallway of our building. Having access to a back office through my browser is also a real advantage.

This might sound overly simplistic, but honestly, nothing stands out. It does exactly what it was designed to do.

So far, I haven't found anything that would be negative about using Yodeck.

I used Apple TV prior to Yodeck. I would have to create and upload my graphics to Flickr, then travel to my medical centers to manually refresh my TV screens so the new content would show. I work remotely now, so that became more of a burden. Now with Yodeck, I'm able to upload my content in real-time and not have to worry about traveling to the centers each time I need the content shown to our employees and patients.

Whenever I've needed to speak with someone, the Yodeck team have been easy to reach, and super fun to talk to. This is in stark contrast to other platforms I've worked with.

I have a super unique setup, and unfortunatly the Yodeck platform isnt able to fully intergrate with it. But after talking with them, I think the development team will be adding features I can use to intergrate my setup properly.

I have a static display, and after seeing "live" signage at one of the stores in town, I knew that a Yodeck system would let me have a really modern digital signage option, without having to worry about all the complicated hardware and software stuff.

I don't like the constant emails telling me my screens are down and that may be because it is a setting I haven't found. My screens of course are down during the hours we are closed.

Yodeck allows for the integration of content in a simple and intuitive way, whether they are websites, documents, or multimedia. I really like the editor for creating screens, included from the basic version, and I appreciate the availability of third-party applications, easily integrable (I imagine there will be more and more of them).

The playlist function is easy to use even for those who have no experience in video and film editing, and the ability to generate quick previews allows for immediate verification of the generated output. The calendar functions are very interesting and useful for scheduling content publication, as well as those related to broadcast times, which allow devices to be turned off when not in use.

The dashboard is very clear, summarizing the status of active monitors and their geographical location in a single screen.

The data in the cloud is stored in Europe, and this is another important factor.

Finally, I find the price/performance ratio extremely interesting (in my opinion, one of the best on the market) and the support and responsiveness of the sales consultants very good.

For the use I make of it, I haven't found any particular negatives.

The UI is super simple and very easy to get the hang of. Setup with a raspberry pi is trivial and cheap to get up and running. If you have just 1 screen like I do, being able to access all features at no extra cost is brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Not sure if this is down to the Pi or Yodeck, but having webpages as part of a playlist is always a chore to setup and maintain. As someone who knows barely any code, the scripting to log into dashboards is difficult (although I do very much appreciate the free support given!!). Most the webpages I try to load also only load basic html, so most look broken.

I use Yodeck in a warehouse setting. We have a television that scrolls though various stats and targets for the mechanics. They really love being able to see a leaderboard on the big screen.
